NBC Sports Scores

After a few days of use, my conclusion is: it is less functional than the app it replaced. It is too bulky. The embedded Twitter videos no longer work within the app. The same bugs that were in sports talk are still there. So, worse performance, slower speed, and no improvements upon the previous model make for a bad rating.

So far, in my experience, I've loved the NBC sports scores because it allows me to see my favorite teams all on one screen and I get concise and detailed app notifications that allow me to keep with the sports scores for my favorite teams. Finally, I can read stories on my favorite teams that are short and get straight to the point. Thank you.

What used to be a sweet apple is now clunky. I use it for the Talk blogs. Loved the ease of use. Mainly, the top menu with the levels of Talk with the pics of recent blogs. I prefer to read oldest first. So with a flick of a finger, the line of.blogs would spin.to the oldest. Now you have have to continuously pull the line over, often accedently reloading the page and having to start over. It's annoying. The look of the blogs when reading is nice.

I have used nbc sports talk for years. It has been my go to sports app. Since it merged into this app, I now get useless notifications that I can't turn off. It is clunky. I have to navigate through other useless information to get to the old sports talk information. When I go to see scores m, the game shows but the scores do not. Instead I see a percentage of something. Not sure what it means. I just want my NBC Sportstalk back. I have uninstalled this app and sadly say goodbye to Sportstalk.

Horrible recently; the Sports stories page doesn't load. Been happening now for about two weeks. Sports stories just does not load, only get a blank page, or three spinning circle! And it's across all my devices. And I have great download speed, that is not the issue. It's a drag.

Messed up pft. I like to read them in chronological order. Can't swipe through stories to get to where I left off. Can't refresh feed. I like the addition of scores, but I wish I could get only the final score instead of all the quarterly updates. Too many notifications or none at all

If you are just looking for scores there are many better apps out there. Initial app set up is overly complicated. Other sports apps do it much more simply and cleanly. Since I'm just looking for scores I don't want to set up a user account, enter my cable company info, etc.

I was excited to see added features like sports scores but it is far from ESPN game cast. Everything about it feels clumsy. The football scoring summary is wierd. It doesn't capture extra points or blocked extra point returned for 1 by the defense. I still cant remove news I dont care for like Irish news. Can I add an Alabama football feed? Anyway, hope 5 years from now this app will get better.

The app worked just fine until 2 days ago. Now each time I open it on my Google Pixel with the newest version of Android installed, it immediately crashes. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and cleared my cache and restarted my phone, but nothing has solved the problem. As a result I have permanently deleted it.

Zero stars in reality. Updated less than 24 hours ago, advertising that "we fixed all bugs." Now when attempting to open the sports talk, it says that there is no Interent connection. Yet every other app I have works, and I can access the sports talk from the Internet browser. Too frequently their updates screw something up instead of improving it. Wake up, NBC!

The Rotoworld app was buggy but at least it somewhat worked. This new version is awful. Unless a player has very recent news, when you look them up it just shows no news. It was much more helpful to get the last several news stories in the past. Have to go back to the website now.

Overall this app has been great. The notifications about news I don't care about can be annoying sometimes. I do have one suggestion/ feedback hopefully the devs see this. Can you integrate internet TV(YouTube TV, sling TV etc) into the channel listings. It's 2020 there are a lot of streaming TV providers out there now

This would be an excellent app, but there doesn't appear to be any way to turn off notification on scores and it's really annoying. I installed it because I'm a big ProFootball Talk fan and was notified that it was merging with this app. If I can't figure out a way around this, I'll probably uninstall it.

Crashes seconds after opening. Completely unusable.. Update: tried the app again and it's working fine now. Not sure what the issue was but seems to be resolved. A lot of good information and interesting articles les, so glad it's back.

The most unstable app I have. I have never been able to use it without it stopping at least once and needing to relaunch it. I get notifications I don't want and cannot easily turn off. The old NBC sports app was far better.

I switched to this app because NBC SportsTalk is broken and apparently no longer supported. The integration of SportsTalk into the larger app seems to be an improvement thus far, but I just started using it. The jury is still out.

I used to love this app. I would use it at least 20 times a day to see the current sports news on the Sports Talk tab. For the last 2 days it has said no internet connection available however every other tab works just fine. (The ones that I barely use) I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and I still get the same message. PLEASE fix this bug. I dont want to use any other app for my sports news. Then I will change it to a 5-star review :)

At fist i was irritated that i had to download a second app for sports news. Then i realised its prrtty much replacing the old pro sports talk app.. overall, it seems pretty nice. Can add your favorites, adjust the info you see and have some additional info that wasnt there before. Well done

'No internet connection' following April 4 update. it worked well back in the day when it was profootballtalk. Now that page doesn't work unless you go over to a favorites tab. UPDATE: issue fixed with 4/5 p.m. uodate. thanks. Rating raised from 2 to 4. Will raise to a 5 if subsequent updates get better qc testing so we don't go through the break/fix/break/fix cycle again on major functionality.

The last two updates have made the sports talk section unusable. It always says no internet connection even though the rest of the app works. If it isnt fixed soon I'll switch to a different network's app.

App has gone downhill since joining with NBC. Used to love this app and use multiple times a day, but now it takes ages to load and less content on NFL, I only use once every two days now. Hopefully they revert back to the old app soon. App keeps crashing.

It's got great content, but on the pages displaying lists of headlines the bottom line is cut off so you can't read the full headline. It's such a small but irritating design flaw.

I haven't been able to open or access this app for the past 2 days if not longer, this is really frustrating and really irritating. I would look elsewhere for your team news and sports scores

when i try to go to the sports talk section to read pft, the app always says i have no internet connection. i always have WiFi available, I've cleared the data and cache, i wish they never changed it from the spots talk app

The app was working fine, but suddenly started crashing. I've reinstalled 4 times and it still crashes after the set up screens. Bring back the old rotoworld app.

I loved Thuuz and its 'exciting game' metic. While that's in this app now, notifications are broken - scores don't actually show up if you have a smart watch (no text in the notification). I emailed them to complain, but they haven't done anything about it.

paid subscription and paid they still increase the adverts, refuses to validate my active subscription and whilst blocking use via the chrome browser. what's the point. This service actively drives people alternative options.

it has been two days since latest update interrupted service by displaying no internet connection message. i note several nbc responses stating bug fix applied in update. Well like others I too can report it does not rectify the issue. Any news ? Are your developers still working on it?

I used the Rotoworld app for many many years. It was perfect. This app takes too long to load and the layout isn't as user friendly. And now your pundits like to thrown in their political slant on sports news. 1 star and you permanently lost a long time Rotoworld loyalist for good.
