This is literally the worst app I have on my phone...I've lost count how many un/re installs I've had to do...print reader never works, ever... Constantly having to change my password.. constantly always having networking issues...this app is beyond bad
Overall it's a good app, I wish it was better at being real time especially when it comes to card transactions. It would be nice to stop fraudulent charges sooner then having to go to the nearest branch and filling out a dispute form and in the mean time we are out of our money that was stolen from us.
The app has been fairly good and an easy way for me to find out what my balance is. The problem I've had is being locked out of my account and access to it - seems to happen without warning or cause.
App no longer works. Was happy with app. Then without warning, crashes when opened. Guess the bank does not mind loosing customer access with this app. No one will buy a new phone just to use this app. I will try reinstalling. Tried the reinstall, had no luck. Back to using the website.
I hat the fact that when you change phones you hav to go up to the back and change your password. I literally wrote it all down and switched phones and it kept telling me wrong info and my banking credentials are blocked this is sooo dumb!!! I've literally had to change my password four or five times!!
I do not know what has happened to this app but the last month it closes as soon as I try to open it. I have always liked using the app but right now it's unless right now. I have uninstalled. Please fix all the problems
This app always has problems loading. It rarely has updates available and could definitely use one.
Wonderful AAP, it's hassle free and easy to navigate. I wish other companies AAPs were as useful as this one.

This worked fine in the beginning. And now it crashes constantly when I am NOT using it. And I can no longer sign in and access it. I tried to contact the email posted and tell them this and it came back and said could not be delivered. So I am going to uninstall it. Tired of it crashing when I am doing something else on my phone!!!
