It had been useful before the last update which made it awful disaster. You can't make screen shot, you can't pay from a range (e.g. 1 to 500 pounds) rather you are obliged to choose from limited restrictions (10, 30, 60, 100) . After that update, the app doesn't deserve even one star !
The app was very useful and confenient untill the update. This process does not add any advantage to the app. After update the app became very slow and had many bugs. Moreover, the font is very small, with faint color and a bad contrast. Please try to fix these problems and make the app goes with the known NBE good reputation.
It used to work well. Now it kept restarting very frequently that I can't use it. I made force stop and opened again but it didn't work. I freed some storage but it didn't work. I uninstalled it and installed back, it opened but it's not sending an activation code. Please help. I need to access my account. Thank you!
Can't access transactions log after last update. It returns error of code 65545. Hope it get fixed soon. Also I sometimes need to send payment receipt to billers in case of facing a problem as a proof of payment but it's impossible because you're disabling screenshots. so either send us an sms or email with receipt details or enable screenshots on receipt details page.
App crashes after latest update, funny enough, they shut-down the app for about 48 hours just for this, and I bet they can't fix it before shutting it down again. If I remove data -> probably have to go through the hassle of contacting customer service to register again.
First one to review the new update. Way easier and better using phone book, favorite transactions and showing the balance always. Thank you for the update. Still we need to be able to get screenshots of transactions. We can't understand the security reason as other electronic wallets allow screenshots.
Used to work perfectly, but recently says "invalid Mpin or blocked wallet", and asked me to call the hotline to reset the Mpin. When I did, the operator said that the system is being updated, and I will have to keep on calling the Hotline every few hours to check if they can fix my problem
Perfect and handy... Only some bugs every now and then Also, data verification needed when identifying new favorite payments to avoid wrong entries. Update: app crashes when adding favorite payments, and when removed and re-installed... Security pin by sms is not received.
System is always down and application is always freezing. My money is blocked when I need it The worst application I have ever seen. Cannot even login and the send button doesn't work Don't update the application if you cannot manage updates
I have had an extremely negative experience with this app. I have not received a single activation code after trying for several days to recieve it. I have correctly entered my mobile phone number, yet the application never sent me an SMS. I hope someone could help with this. Happy Ramadan everyone!
Useful app. After the last update it doesn't open and it tells me ( there is no network or WiFi connection) and the connection is working perfect!!
After first transaction, I had an error code starting 65542 or something (couldn't screenshot it), when i called the support he told me that he never heard about such code!!! And his advice was just to reinstall the app and wait for new activation sms, as he sees no problem from there side!! Very unprofessional!!
Terrible update. I cannot log into my wallet: gives me the message: “Invalid Mpin or blocked wallet...”! I called the CS and they did not help much. If there is a less than one star review I would gladly give it to your disasterous app.

The app is good and make me pay all my bills , but in electricity section when I select to pay bill it give me "reached maximum number of transactions" all time l. I hope you fix this bug
Very bad interface after last update and contain alot of error every time I log in. The history of my payment before update was deleted and not exist anymore which is very very bad.My favourite bills not same as before and some bills lost.
Does not even deserve one star, I've been trying to send money for two weeks without any success. Always gives a message ; under ongoing maintenance. My money is blocked and I can't get it. Very bad App.
Very bad program. I cannot know the sums sent to me. It does not appear in notification or the transaction, and I can't take a screen shot of the transaction.
very useful app .. but you can update it to allow for the customer to take screen shots for their bills .. also to add finger print to login and confirm any process instead of the password alot of times
Very bad , it was perfect before the last update Now the user interface is so bad , font and contrast is bad , icons and buttons are so small , and it is so slow now.
Up am looking for the application to check my account to download it... I can not find it and I do not know how to find it... o had one before but I had to change my mobile..so now I have to check it through the windows and it's font are not clear
Very very bad app I can't continue to the app cause I don't have receive my activation code and trying many times and don't send it. So bad all services. I hate ur app and lose internet because I downloaded it
The app was working very well until the last update it's crashing and not even launch one time, however my phone is compatible with the requirements of the app. Please try to fix this soon
Excellent App 👌, but If only the developers could separate update or change of mobile phone from re-registration, this would be a breakthrough in your app since the registration is boring for the second time. Regards
Very bad app It shows me technical issues when I try to make any transactions, call customer service several times and when the problem solved after 5 days it comes back again. I don't recommend to use this app ever...
I can't access the app due to wrong password which wasn't wrong . Even the call center didn't solve the issue
The UI is very outdated and very bad, you seriously need to update your app UI design, couldn't even register in your service from your website on the internet, went to the branch for two hours and also nothing, called your customer support they told me to go the branch, you have effectively lost a customer, 😡👎 0/5
I dont know why the App cant load balance into the wallet from the credit card? If the bank does not allow this then why this feature is shown in the App? It would really be a very good option so I hope NBE and the developers team can avail it soon... It would surely increase the App usage and popularity among NBE customers.
