To use the app, you will have to register for the bank’s online banking service, also called NBF Direct. Customers with NBF Direct online banking accounts can use their online user ID to login to the app.
If you do not have an online banking account with us, register for one on www.nbf.ae. Please have your NBF debit card on hand to complete the transaction.

The interface after login should improve and be more user friendly. It is a little confusing for a banking app. Money transfer should be more easy for the customers.
The app shows just a short history not allowing much understanding of in and outs.. would be nicer to see who made the transfers and when.
In the app there is no other option u must have camera to scan image. I have bought another phone and it's without camera cause we are working in remote area and can't use camera so what should I do because NBF has no other options to sign in and m unable to use or transfer any thing so m going to close this nonsense bank account from this nbf. Total waste
There is a technical issue When selecting to scan the image the screen goes full green and I cannot scan the QR code I have tried reinstalling the app but the same problem occurs
This is really good and easy to use but I suggest you a little update to add an option to block/unblock our credit/debit card by ouself through this application.hope you'll do your best.thanks a lot.
Very difficult to use for new user, choices are limited and not updated. No option in menu to add new beneficiary.
I only get force closed. App should be optional and not a requirement. I cannot access my online details. This is a huge problem for me.
Not user friendly and very slow. Also design very user unfriendly.
It's too complicated for transfering fund and can't collect the bank statements separately with date and account details.

Dear NBF its time to upgrade your app. need a good user interface and the application must be stable.
Very bad for each and every thing we need to call them to correct it.and if we call from customer center they will tell you you can do by online your self then why they sitting at customer center no idea
