The app itself is phenomenal, however after a certain update it just keeps telling me my phone is rooted even though my phone's sofware is untouched and unrooted, so now I can't open the app.
i cant see the history of my credit card after the update, it keeps saying contact call center, i hope this will be fix. i already uninstalled and installed but still the same problem
disconnects a lot in the middle of an operation giving "communication error" messages. then you have to log in again and again. then it asks user to contact bank and notify them of error. I thought errors should be tracked and resolved by bank! Many "session timed out" messages pop up before 10 minutes have elapsed. Error message "text length exceeded " appears when trying to dowmload transactions.
I use this app on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra, in the last 4 months, it was excellent app. However, in the last 3 days, I can't access the app. It gave me a msg that my device is jailbreaked. My device OS is android and never rooted or jailbreaked. I uninstall the app and reinstalled it several times, without success. I call the CS, they suggested to reset format the phone. This is not acceptable solution. I think, it is a bug in the app after the last update. Please, fix this problem.
The app was working fine but after the last updates the app started experiencing connectivity problems: The app would work fine for few sessions then it will start refusing to connect due to connection error ...call with operation code 111. Reinstalling the app and clearing storage would solve the problem. but after few loggins it will start showing the same error message
The latest version have some bugs with Samsung note I can not do own Transfer itsnot showing the linked account I cant do transfers between my accounts
The services provided thru. App is limited . For example there is no way to check your credit card statements. Even I discovered mistakes on credit transactions . The customer service is taking long time to pick the call . Then they can't solve your problems and ask you to visit your branch. Really very funny bank.
I cant select destination account or my other account doesn't appear for own transfer account. this all started after recent update.
App keeps asking to restart... online support is useless. Either it is a bot or an agent who has no clue! I wish I can attach the conversation here. He repeated the same answer several times as if he doesn't understand my issue! Then tells me to call the call center and "do the needful" which is a totally wrong thing to say... no direction nor initiative to try to solve customer issues
1- I don't know why I couldn't change the username. I manage many accounts and I should be able to change the username. 2- I keep getting a pop-up message to upgrade and when I press YES their is no upgrade in the store. I uninstalled the app and reinstall it again but still getting this annoying message.

Expats in Kuwait, beware of their new policies since covid started. 13 years a customer and they took my whole final settlement and closed my Miles World Mastercard without any refund on the existing subscription and my accumulated points. The balance went to my loan. Providing a continuous salary certificate does nothing. I didn't have a single defaulted payment which meant absolutely nothing in the end.
With the new update! I can no longer transfer to all my accounts like before! From OWN TRANSFER
used to have the application working fine and then suddenly several months ago it stopped working and tried to reinstall it but why does it ask to authorize/make phone calls!!
The last update is very bad. Whenever I try to login a message appears and say that my phone is jailbreak but my phone is Huawei android and it is not even rooted and I tried to call the support and they said I have to format my mobile and it is not acceptable for me and I see that many clients also have the same problem so it is not just me. This app is the worst and I didn't expect a big bank like NBK to have this issues and treat their clients like this.
Generally speaking it is a good app but seems like we can check our bank account balance only back 3 months. That is not very good. Being able to see our account transactions at least for the last 6 months would have beenuch better
It keeps crashing every time I try to use. I have Uninstalled it and reinstalled many times but still crashing even I can't even login now. My phone is Samsung Note 20 Ultra.
Fingerprints, i bought new phone samsong S21Ultra and i tried to active the fingerprits, but every time i press the fingertips option to open it will close again. And it wont be active, what i mean i cant login with fingerprints ( i should write the password every time ) it's really sad
As of Today As per your apps i should have to update it, then it keeps on crashing i tried so many time to log in but its not working. Fix this annoying apps.
The bank is not updated with new services in the banking sector. I closed my account after 1 year of opening it as I had a very hard time in every step I do in the bank. Hopefully, they will improve soon.
