Yes i also suffering nbo mobile application, its not working for me too.. some time it freezez and sometimes giving error, even when everything is fine.. this is stupid application.. NBO should resolve these mobile banking issues on priority.. other banks are providing best mobile banking services in Oman, so NBO should learn from them..

Too much annoying I don't want to replace my mastercard but every time I enter the app it is asking to replace my mastercard otherwise I cannot run the app, now I cannot recharge badeel card, cannot transfer funds, disappointed

Apps auto close even after update. Can't do anything with it

The app was working fine then suddenly its not working since 1 month now,, I keep installing and cancel many times and went I sent email and went to ibri brunch but still the same thing.. How you wann develop this if you can't do nothing?

This NBO app stops more often than it works. Customers don't keep the app for fun. If it doesn't serve the purpose often, then the bank should think of providing better solution or alternatives. Very poor performance from this App of NBO. Even till date 29.4.2022, I often have the same problem. The app gets stuck more often than it works. It really tries out your patience level.

What's happening NBO app!! It is so slow these few months, I've been waiting for improvement but still the same problem, even getting worse so far, can't log in at all.

I installed and unstalled nbo apps since 2 weeks. I just want to have it in my mobile but everytime i fill the form its showing currently system is unavailable.. so pathetic apps ever!

Hangs in middle of the transaction | Never opened in a single instance always second time attempt the app opens up and malfunctioning starts.

Dear Admin the App is too slow. It requires multiple attempts to login. Even when you do, just clicking a sub menu like Fund transfer just takes too long. It signs off on its own and requests me to sign in again. But when I do, I prompts to "try again later". Admin please fix bugs.

I have to transfer money internationally but when i am adding payee details it not showing the list of country please check your production log country list service is failing I think.

hi am using NBO app for last 4 years and its working fine. the mobile phone credit recharging option is one of the best. Online fund transfer is very easy. I would recommend this app to everyone who is having an nbo bank account And they are having very good customer service. But since latest update 2 days back it's very difficult to login. Actually I can't even open the app with Mobile data or with wifi.

Very slow when opening. Nearly doesn't work on holidays. really disappointing.

I opened new account thru app on 9th. Till now not activated and very pathetic response. No support at branch and call center. It was assured account opening process time is 24 hours. After week time I m still struggling and visiting branch daily.

Its good but nw I try more than 10 time 4 update its fail.

The app dosen't work with the wi-fi.. Only with through the mobile data!!!!

The app used to function fine, but this past week. The app had been malfunctioning. It's taking too long to load even before one would place their pin to open the app. Moreso after waiting so long it will prompt an error message " Dear customer, we are unable to process your request" I would request the team to kindly resolve the bugs or let me know what I can do to make it better.

Extremely slow for more than a month now and unable to login in lot of occasions. Also getting stuck in between operations. What's happening to this app which used to be so smooth for last 7/8 years!!!

When the app opens, it is fairly decent and you can cover most of your basic requirements. However, the app fails to open most of the time. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times.

Very bad , I sent money two days back still not credited ,but money was deducted in my account , in app not able to make complaints ,worst service

App doesnot load fonts and shows undefined. This is the second time the issue is repeating. Last time i had to uninstall and reinstall the app to fix it...Really disappointed, NBO should have a good working app considering the standards of the company.

The app never works for me, tried everything (including customer service!) Currently saying I need auto-time on on my phone (why?!) even though the time and date is correct. After putting auto time on, it still wouldn't log me in. Sort it out!!!

App crashes too frequently. I had to reinstall several times. But when it works, its very convenient. Please improve the quality of the app. Thanks.

App is not working properly I can't send money to nbo to nbo accounts

I have been trying to install the app since last week, it is stuck on "Waiting for download" for more than 30 minutes every time I tried to do so . I have enough space on my mobile and my internet is working fine, there is an issue with your app download in the Google Play store

As a leading Bank, how choose this bad App developers team. Now it's very slow to load and most of the time not working properly. As a customer we choose mob app for user friendly / speed up process. Bad App 😤😤
