The experience is funtastic. No problem is faced regarding login, interbank transfer and other services. The user feel liberty to handle his account with out involving the bank staff and help line. However, there is a room to improve like linking of RAAST ID, activation of new debit card etc. Image of new Debit card appears and offers option of a tivation but doesn't works. As a result I had to call helpline for activation and got the problem resolved. Overall have a good experience.

Pathetic app, never worked. For registering, it needs otp which is sent after hours (when it's no more valid). Called customer support, the guy asked to install the app again. Since it was not the solution so not worked as well. Had it been a private bank and there could never be such negligence. But they all know they will get paid, no matter they work or not

NBP is One of the worst internet banking app. Many times, tried to perform IBFT but when you click on the submit button and wait for the OTP then there is a huge delay in OTP reception on email. When you do get the OTP, and tries to enter it for the transaction, then the session expiry error occurs. Moreover, many times, OTP did not receive on the email, even after 24 hours of OTP request...

The most rubbish app. Unable to register on the app. Called over 50 times, but the helpline unable to fix the problem. They have given us the complaint ID number but still no success. The problem is going on for more than two month. What a waste of time and a shame on the services provided by NBP. Every time you try to register the error pops up "unable to process at this time. Please try again later". I updated the latest version 1.8.9 on the advice of helpline but still no success.

After recent update i couldn't login to my account. App always says "invalid id or password". I have sent several emails to support, however still no response. Very sad....

I have tried a lot to pay electricity PESCO bills through this app but never been successful; I have to use other apps to pay these bills. SNGPL Bills are payable through this app.

One the most worst ever app. Trying from the last month for registration but unable to register. Worst services similar to the few, they provide on bank, follow the same phenomenon on online services.

There is an issue with this app when it comes with OTP code it doesn't autofill And when I open the message to see the code, it reverses again.

One of the worst banks ever, especially for overseas nationals. Poor customer's support and super slow processing by lazy staffs with full of excuses and weeks of delays even though all required docs are submitted for activation or other purposes.

I tried to send money from NBP app to another account (IBFT). The app got hanged. After a lot of waiting closed the app and opened it again. My account had not been debited. Checked the destination account and it had not been credited. So I proceeded to try the IBFT transaction again. It went through and I was satisfied. But when I checked my account again the next day it had been debited twice. So double the amount was gone. What to do now. I have tried NBP helpline which is unavailable.

Such a rubbish bank, poor customer services. Called several times but not answering even phone calls, no reply on emails. Wrost experience.

Worst experience... It's not in one click... All issues resolved after many calls on helpline with long time waiting

Hi, i am facing an issue during creating a new password kindly guide how to solve this issue i attempt i think almost 100 times but all in vain. i tried all typed of password with special characters integers alphanumeric keywords but same issue you have to entered password on NBP password policy. A very bad application not a user friendly and too many other bugs which i faced during regester an account.

This app is indeed not among the best but this is one of the beneficial initiatives that NBP has taken for the customers... The ease is amazing when the app works!

Password reset problem im doing many time but always they said required parameters not provided...but i make password according to password policy but not working...plz help me

A sudden issue has raised in the App. I install the app in my new mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy A52). When I entered the Login detail, a window open for OTP. I waited for OTP which was received after 30 minutes. When I entered OTP, and press the submit button, it gives me message that, session time out. I repeat the same process and find the same issue. I request the developer to fix the issue

App is not working properly since last week. When I try to open the app, even the interface does not appear & it goes back. I have uninstalled & then reinstalled app multiple times, also restarted my phone. Called helpline but all in vain😕😕. Transaction through Atm could not be done.

Whenever I login, after feeding password, it sends me a message that I've logged in but the login screen is still intact and each time I have to go to settings and clear the app cache to login properly otherwise it won't login. Is there no expert to keep fixing the bugs in the app??? 🤧

In latest update, 1-link 1 bill button on main manu navigates to QR Virtual Card Payments option in Samsung Galaxy A32. Plz check this mal function & correct the option.

Worst app. Blocked due to password... unable to recover as it says id doesnot exist... and when i try to register it says already registerd....

The app is not working for several days. Whenever I try to open the app, the interface goes off and screen turns blank and black for several seconds and sometimes it restart the mobile phone. Pathetic

This app offers free petrol from Hascol The best internet banking app i have ever used. u may face problems while installing it but once it is installed u ll be at ease. It offers free petrol on Hascol.

I am trying to register but the app keeps on telling me to enter a correct phone number. I am entering the correct number. It isn't accepting any numbers by any MNPs. Edit: I have been trying to register for 1 whole year. It wont accept my phone number and now that it has it wont accept my email ID even though NBP's customer service has confirmed that my email ID is correct Pathetic useless service.

Whenever i fill form for nbp account registration like account number and CNIC number etc. But after click to next option, an error occurs "Unable to process at this time. Please try again". I change internet and also all information are correct but always occur. Fix this issue as soon as possible and inform me about this error.

App is not work after update on 30_12_2021 i tried many times but app automatically minimize and close .I open app in my other mobile app is open but when i do the transition every time a different notification comes on screen unable to process at this time ,MPIN is incorrect ,insufficient balance .Please resolve the issue

Useless app ever i seen. I am trying to recover my password through forgot passwors but fail to recover it. Even called to helpline and filed a complain but issue is not resolved. I sugeest to close this app drama and make all the customers to relax. Now how can i delete my nbp digital app account. Kindly help me. After deletion of my old account now the problem is to register again it shows unable to process at this time please try again later. As usual....

joint account can be added in app? if not any specific reason. latest version includes much needed and long awaited features. team must work on outlook of the app

very very poor services. There should be a minus .00000000000000000000001 review for this app. I can't register myself despite multiple tries.. pathetic and very very poor services.. just drama in the name of digital services,😡😡
