The experience is funtastic. No problem is faced regarding login, interbank transfer and other services. The user feel liberty to handle his account with out involving the bank staff and help line. However, there is a room to improve like linking of RAAST ID, activation of new debit card etc. Image of new Debit card appears and offers option of a tivation but doesn't works. As a result I had to call helpline for activation and got the problem resolved. Overall have a good experience.

Pathetic app, never worked. For registering, it needs otp which is sent after hours (when it's no more valid). Called customer support, the guy asked to install the app again. Since it was not the solution so not worked as well. Had it been a private bank and there could never be such negligence. But they all know they will get paid, no matter they work or not

NBP is One of the worst internet banking app. Many times, tried to perform IBFT but when you click on the submit button and wait for the OTP then there is a huge delay in OTP reception on email. When you do get the OTP, and tries to enter it for the transaction, then the session expiry error occurs. Moreover, many times, OTP did not receive on the email, even after 24 hours of OTP request...

The most rubbish app. Unable to register on the app. Called over 50 times, but the helpline unable to fix the problem. They have given us the complaint ID number but still no success. The problem is going on for more than two month. What a waste of time and a shame on the services provided by NBP. Every time you try to register the error pops up "unable to process at this time. Please try again later". I updated the latest version 1.8.9 on the advice of helpline but still no success.

I tried to send money from NBP app to another account (IBFT). The app got hanged. After a lot of waiting closed the app and opened it again. My account had not been debited. Checked the destination account and it had not been credited. So I proceeded to try the IBFT transaction again. It went through and I was satisfied. But when I checked my account again the next day it had been debited twice. So double the amount was gone. What to do now. I have tried NBP helpline which is unavailable.

Hi, i am facing an issue during creating a new password kindly guide how to solve this issue i attempt i think almost 100 times but all in vain. i tried all typed of password with special characters integers alphanumeric keywords but same issue you have to entered password on NBP password policy. A very bad application not a user friendly and too many other bugs which i faced during regester an account.

A sudden issue has raised in the App. I install the app in my new mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy A52). When I entered the Login detail, a window open for OTP. I waited for OTP which was received after 30 minutes. When I entered OTP, and press the submit button, it gives me message that, session time out. I repeat the same process and find the same issue. I request the developer to fix the issue

Whenever I login, after feeding password, it sends me a message that I've logged in but the login screen is still intact and each time I have to go to settings and clear the app cache to login properly otherwise it won't login. Is there no expert to keep fixing the bugs in the app??? 🤧

I am trying to register but the app keeps on telling me to enter a correct phone number. I am entering the correct number. It isn't accepting any numbers by any MNPs. Edit: I have been trying to register for 1 whole year. It wont accept my phone number and now that it has it wont accept my email ID even though NBP's customer service has confirmed that my email ID is correct Pathetic useless service.

Whenever i fill form for nbp account registration like account number and CNIC number etc. But after click to next option, an error occurs "Unable to process at this time. Please try again". Useless app ever i seen. I am trying to recover my password through forgot passwors but fail to recover it. Even called to helpline and filed a complain but issue is not resolved. I sugeest to close this app drama and make all the customers to relax. Now how can i delete my nbp digital app account. Kindly help me.
