Useless app. Don't able to search online bill. While board has changed billing option no new tab provide accordingly
It's good to pay the electricity bill, but unfortunately you can't find your historic data. App should show have the facility to view the previous bill.
very bad experience during using this application because many times it takes very long time to open the app and also non rapdrp costumer can't fill up the details.
Division list is not opening in this application.All customer id has been changed but it is supporting old Id and old bill is showing.Now app is not working anything!
Doesn't allow to write mobile number first then prompt to write mobile number when hit Pay button.. Last time it allowed to write mobile number 3 days before the due... Dnt know what will happen this time... Total crap
This is the worst app . No common sense is used while developed the application. If the details are not populating how the users will register themselves . You guys are simple wasting time of Bihar people.
When you press pay tab, it is not allowing to enter mobile number. Pls look into this
For me it showing mobile no is required ,but when i try to type the mobile no,i am not able to type ...Please fix this bug.
Doesn't work always and even when you pay the bills, it just keep adding the amount to the next month as energy arrears.
Nit working after NBPDCL update there site. Update this app also give more payment options form different wallets

Very great application.Just I used to go the electricity office to pay the bill offline by cash ,but after knowing about this app and installing it ,I paid the bill online and really it saves a lot of time for me.
Nice app to pay online NB Power bills but improvement needed for generating online receipt. When clicking on "view receipt" it's showing "no receipt found"

Does not allow to write mobile number before due date. You have to pay extra charge after due date then what is the use of this app. I guess developer must resolve this issue as soon as possible.
The application is not working from 1 march 2017, i use the app last month and paid the bill by Atm card, but now its not working, i uninstall the app. After reinstall the problem is same, i used CA Number
Dear sir Maime bahut baar online payment kiya hai par 2 mahine se payment nahi jo paa raha hai.main saudia arabia se apna bill online payment karta tha.can u chek what happen.
In processing of payment, it is saying that enter the mobile no. but due to some technical issue I couldn't enter the mobile no. and proceed further for payment through app. Pls resolve the issue as early as possible.

It does not allow to enter phone number, However it allows to key in the email ID. Tapping on to the field for the purpose is not activated/highlighted. Please do the needful.
A month ago I had to pay the bill at that time was zero, this month's bill by adding the month, showing the old, which is why I am unable to pay. To solve this problem soon, please.
Main NBPDCL app download kar liya but appl opne nahi hota.. Please suggtest how to oen these app. Click karne ke baad app open ho jata uske bad main apna consumner id bhi fill karta hoon lekin us ke baad app me koi processing nahi hoti.
There should be self declared meter reading feature, which can be settled on next reading by official. It helps to manage bill. Because due to not regular meter reading it accumulates 4 to 5 month and become huge electricity bill, which is difficult to pay. Regular payment makes it easier. IMPROVE the APP.
Doesn't showing any divisions. Can't able to use it, waste of money by electricity department

After entering Consumer Id it is showing Customer name as 'SHAYAM'. I don't know whose name is this. Can't see the correct details. That is why I cannot move further to pay the bill. Moreover, it's website is too useless. Sub-division 'Benipatti' is not there in the option.
