Why bring the app here if some functionalities are not even ready like self registration using ATM card..take note that some of us are staying in remote areas where it's not easy to access the bank to do the physical registration just to use the app.. you can do better than this
Useless. Used the app months ago now it's acting up. When I try to re-register using either last transaction or other means it keeps saying can't connect.
It could have come with improvements before being unleashed to the customers however its not way off!! Improve it please in all fronts especially its connectivity to the customer base!!!!
If I try to open it after entering my personal password, it closed itself and shows that app can't open and close it. Please review and modify it
The log in page is not loading. Therefore, can't log in. But the other features are loading

Bad and terrible service. I can't access my account. I inbox the consultant via Facebook page they hvnt get back to me with solution till now. How can u trust bank like that with Jr money?

Why can't you just make an app that works with consistency? One minute your app works and one minute it doesn't. Throwing javascript errors all over the place. I thought this was Java? Bad user experience. I'm actually going to be closing my account because your services are just overall terrible, including your unruly customer service.
