Works kind of. Depending on what part of the app you are trying to look at. It will load or just spin like it is trying to load.

Easy to use, needs one change. It's super convenient to use this app, which is updated almost instantly. However, it would be helpful if it would default to a CURRENT plan year rather than the one from 5 years ago. The historical info is useful, but isn't the immediate concern.

Would give it a 5 star but not at the moment.. What's happening to this app? For weeks now extremly slow, not giving balance now unable to file a claim. Uninstalled the app and still extremly slow.

Tried to "register" a year ago and could never do it because of the "server error" message. Thought I'd try again for this year but nope... doesn't work. It's difficult enough to get on the website. I suppose an app is just beyond technological grasp.

Terrible! Please Fix!!! After sign in my account information will flash on screen for a split second and then go back to the log in page. SO FRUSTRATING!!!! Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and still doesn't work. Do better, NBS.

Wonderful to see the claims so quickly!

The app simply doesn't work and you can't log in. Keep getting a certificate error saying to check my system date and time when trying to log in. Save your time, don't bother with the app.

The HOME screen and landing page reflect prior year, rather than current year info; cannot print or take screenshots; and since inferior options to website I won't waste the space on my phone that this app takes up

Submitting claims via screen shots are super easy! Turn around time for reimbursement extremely quick!

Good for some things, but very inconsistent. Slow and crashes often, can't update claims after submitting.

Ever since the app has been updated, the UI, and the entire experience has VASTLY improved. It went from "I can barely use this" to "this app is easy"! Congrats on a good app!

Won't let me upload a pdf, makes me take a screenshot. Doesn't properly upload second or third receipts if the claims need more information. The company is the most difficult FSA company I have ever worked with.

Notifications can't be removed. Offers for unwanted services should not show up as an alert that you can't remove.

Freezes and it takes you out and then have to log in again plus it doesn't pull up the messages it just log you out

Fingerprint login no longer works since the last release of the app.

I believe that the app could do a better job confirming eligibility for products without having to buy them through the affiliated FSA Store.

The update is amazing. I am so happy they updated the app. Can't wait to submit a claim to see how easy it is

Opens to my account info from 2 years ago, very slow in loading current info.

Nice UX (user experience) in this app! Very intuitive.

can't enroll in paperless they take money by not giving the option to unenroll. this is cheap trick.

Cannot locate where to change password

Easy to use, hasn't crashed on me, and it is efficient.

I can't login anymore. The app keeps closing out.
