App keeps crashing. Uninstalled and installed almost every day to get it working. When working, weight keeps resetting to zero at start of day. Can't sync to my tracker and always have to re-install tracker. Can anything be done on the above issues? I have paid for the basic package but the app is not working properly
Can I know what's wrong with the app? It doesn't seem to be working. And I have upgraded to the Pro plan but it still shows as basic plan.
Basically unusable after update. It says there is a new update, once it's updated it still says there's a new update.
I used to be able to update my weight easily by just adjusting the meter abit to left or right depending on weight loss or gain. Lately, when i update my weight, the default is always at 0kg. I have to scroll all the way to my weight which is far from zero. This is not user friendly. The daily default shoul be the previous day's weight, not zero.
Good app but can be even better. Suggestions: 1. Allow link with more devices and health apps 2. Allow user to save food for faster retrieval 3. Allow manual input of steps (alternative for non compatible devices) 4. Allow peers to share and view each others info (subject to user's approval) A number of bugs- 1. Sender in chat not identified 2. Feedback not working
The weught for certain things are way off at times. Would be better if we can add in our own numbers for the weight rather than have the numbers preset there. Makes it hard to gauge weight as well when eating out.
The amount and variety of food is astounding! Type your food and there it is. How about adding options for people who want to gain weight (bulking) and the foods/supplements that goes along with it. Great apps by the way!
It's useful because it has a large database of local food. However, it would be better if it allowed manual input of food not found in the database. Also, it should allow users to submit suggestions for food not included in the database.
Most food with calorie levels are found. Step tracker needs to include other popular brands like Garmin or Polar, not only Fitbit. Since I don't have Fitbit, the step tracker uses phone so it is not accurate because I don't carry my phone around always.
I have lost 15 kg with the help of this app together with regular workout for 7 months. I find it more user-friendly compared to other tracking apps that i used.
Have been using this app daily since 2018. But lately this app has a few problems like unable to connect to Chat, unable to log daily food intake and weight. Pls fix asap. Cos I am checking other more reliable apps.
today the app keep prompting : please check your internet connection ! what's happening ? not functioning at all ! i deleted the app and download again the same thing happens !
Overall is good to use for monitoring whatever you eat. However unable to download PDF for daily.
It recommended I eat 1200 a day, which is what they recommend for children. I have an eating disorder, so this was triggering.

Good start for a localised app. Please pair this app with existing fitness trackers / google fit for step count and exercise tracking. Actually, can the pedometer be disabled? I already have a bellabeat and samsung gear this just adds more uneanted resource use on the phone.
Good app but need big improvements: (1) Connection needs improvement. It is always telling me to check Internet connection but my other apps are working fine. (2) The Recently Eaten Food list gets longer and longer, with items repeated many times. Either don't add to the list if it is already there and/or have a delete function. (3) When I scroll down the list of Recently Eaten Food and click on the wrong item, I move back but it goes back to the top and I have to start all over again!
