The North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police is comprised of over 6,100law enforcement officers in the State of North Carolina. Our lodgemembers work as local, state and federal officers who protect each ofus each day and night. The NCFOP is the largest law enforcementorganization in the State of North Carolina.
The FOP was established in 1915 by two Pittsburgh Police Officers lookingfor better working conditions. This effort led to a national organizationthat is now the largest Police Fraternity that represents over 365,000members and 2,100 local lodges. The Fraternal Order of Police continuesto work with national and state legislatures' on behalf of the brothersand sisters that make up our organization.
The FOP continues to grow, support our brothers and betterour profession because we are....."BUILDING ON A PROUD TRADITION."
