Call before you dig, and before you call, download the North Carolina 811 app. It's filled with tons of great information. You can check the status of your dig tickets, see what the color codes mean, even watch informational videos about safe digging. Use the S.A.T. section to submit Single Address Tickets. Check on who has marked your lines with Positive Response. Update your ticket's with Update Lite. See who else is digging near you with Near Ticket.

Trash. Does not work tell the person who told you to use it they are an idiot. I have tried and tried to make it work it will not work. It directs me to another website and it tells me that this site need my permission and when I click allow another message pops up saying that this site is not allowed to ask for my permission and I cannot find a way around it

Only has a picture telling you to call 811 before you dig. The previous program was disabled and I could not pull up a near ticket when a contractor hit a water line. I downloaded this new version which isn't working properly and won't do anything except show a picture.

Does not even load. Soon as I click on app it opens to the main page then suddenly crashes. USELESS!

Useless. Just links you to the online portals to submit tickets that are only available for 15 days. I just want to see where my gas, drainage, water, and septic lines are.
