Can't pay the electricity bill through app and app is not working well after updating.. sent mail and also called the bank for the problem but no response till date
I can't log in on app from few days, app is useless for me now, why do I pay for mobile banking if I can't use, new update is won't let run app fix it soon

Worst experience ever. In login screen it keep on saying " Requesting ". After some time it says its taking too long to process your request. And takes me back to main screen. I tried calling bank, they say all fine from our end. They are just wasting valuable time of customer.

After updating to NCC Bank Smart, mobile banking services are not in use, multiple numbers of Username & Password invalid even though the bank SMS us the same details. So poorly performed app after its being updated. Developers should maintain the quality as before. Not UI friendly
From today's update application isn't open in my device M31 .I already found same type of user comment in review list .Please kindly solve that problem and provide new update.
This app is good but there is problem that i cant reset my password. I have forgotten my previous password so i cant able to login but i have contact too many times to your branch but they didn't response or co-operate with me any time. So plz do something for me. Thank You
worst app developed ,after updating this app pin changed automatically, not have forget pin option and I have to enter Ncc bank branch & always it charged Rs25 ever . Note :- every A grade bank has forget pin option but Ncc dont have..that's the big matter!!!!
To much technical problem in this app Even i cannot transfer money to esewa and I can't even load money Whenever i load money it says ' Requesting' and after saying that ' it takes to long to process ' fix this I am having to much issue Beacuse my all transactions are digital . App is not working since last update, lots of users complaining about it but NCC developers do not respond, i have sent email but didn't get reply. Take this πand put in your hole.
