The National Counselor Examination for Licensure and Certification is a professional certification test for determining the knowledge and skill level of the people who want to become a national counselor for providing a better counseling services to the people. This certification is required in many states for taking the counselor licensure and ncc certification. Military health systems also use the national counselor exam services. It is a multiple choice questions exams which contains 200 multiple choice qustions. The maximum you can secure in this test is 160 marks and passing score is decided by NBCC which varies using a modified Angoff procedure.

App works well. Until you purchase it. After purchasing the features that worked before still work, but the rest of the program never activates. Multiple phone calls with voicemail left and multiple messages through the feedback function of the app received no response. It's been almost 2 months with no response. This would be a 5 star review if the app would unlock.
Paid for the Pro version but does not work. It let's me do half the test and requires me to buy the upgrade. When I click to buy upgrade it says "you already own this". Unless you want to waste time going in circles DO NOT purchase.
the app only allows you to play a few cards and then you have to buy the Pro version. It also asked you to pick from list and then doesn't show you the list. It feels more like a marketing scheme than it does a nap to prepare you for the exam. Uninstalled.
Purchased the pro version but questions are still not unlocked, and developer will not respond to me. Ads are obnoxious and you cannot turn the sound off so I can't use this app around other people unless I have ear buds or turn the sound off my phone.
It keeps asking me to "Go Pro", which I did, and it gives me an error message saying I already did but I still cannot access these features. The ads are annoying on this app, main reason I decided to go pro. Price is low, only $1, but it should still provide described features. Why is this developer taking $1 from every person and not providing the features they advertise?
Even though I paid for the pro upgrade, I am not getting analysis of my tests or new questions. I've sent feedback describing my problem and have received no answer. I know it only cost $1 for upgrade but I feel I've wasted a lot of time when I could have been studying.
I have upgraded to the Pro, however, I am not able to access ANY of the added features. I contacted the developer in December 2020 and have not heard anything. Not sure what exactly I paid for but I'm not able to use anything that says Pro. Truly disappointed!!
I have contacted them multiple times about having purchased pro and it not working. They have not responded. It prompts me to pay for it and then when I attempt to pay it says I've already purchased it. Seems like a great app and I was looking forward to having access to all of it. It's a shame it doesn't work.
Thought I found a good app however I have the same complaint as many other people! I purchased the pro version and it doesn't work at all!! Keeps saying "you already own it" I contacted support and no response! Ridiculous!!!!
I paid for the pro upgrade and have yet to receive any of the benefits. I still see ads, I can't use the mock tests. I have tried messaging customer service through the app for several weeks now and have yet to hear back. Paying for the upgrade seems like a scam.
I bought pro version for $1 worked great. However one day the app stopped working. Side deleted the app and reinstalled it. Now it's not letting me access Pro. I click on by Pro and it says error already have however it still has ads and the questions are the same and not changing up. It says I have the pro version but I don't know how to get it back because now it's not working
Like the test but when purchased pro. It did not work. When pressing restore it keeps saying already purchased. Still could only test for half and still got ads. Almost feel like I got cheated. But the practice test is still good.
lots of errors. allows you to select a particular section to study, but content is not from the section selected. paid for the upgrade but it constantly asks me to upgrade anyway.

This app is very helpful in refreshing on current and past information. I graduated in 2006. I am now beginning to study for the NCE. This app is very convenient to use at any free moment because it is on my phone. Thank you for this app!!
Paid to upgrade to Pro and do not have access to any of the additional feautures. I still see a ton of adds and its the same questions. Find a different app!
I purchased the app and uninstalled from my phone. Reinstalled and I'm unable to restore my purchase. My test is in a few days and I haven't had any luck reaching their customer service for assistance.
Terrible app, I purchased this app and upgraded... Never upgraded and still so many ads. The questions also have typos. Also, it crashes often.

Many grammatical errors which instills no confidence in the validity of the information. Paid for the Pro version and not only did no benefits activate, it kept promoting me to purchase the Pro version.

It's a dollar for pro which isn't bad but I can't access any pro features. Other than that it's fine. I haven't attempted any other study aids yet, so I don't have anything to compare it to.

I tried to purchase the pro to get more questions....the app never updated and customer service never got back in touch with me to fix it.
I think it's a great app and study guide. I paid the fee to upgrade to pro, I believe less than 6 months ago and used it periodically with other study tools. But when I went in to use it again and take a practice text, it told me I had to "upgrade to Pro" if I wanted more test questions. But I had already paid upgrade. I wish somewhere it would explain when you upgrade and pay the fee (which was small which is nice) But when we upgrade it doesn't say how long it lasts and it should.
