This app is not starting, it shows the logo and stays there forever. Previously I thought it was buggy update, now after waiting for more than 3 updates, still same problem exixts in my phone. My phone is Samsung M51. Previously I had been using this same phone to use this app with no problem.
Everything is good enough here we can easily access different services in a single touch by using this app.. It is actually saves time and even we can also use this for sending free messages.... So at the i think this is good initiative by ncell team..
This app is very heavy and clunky. It takes so much time to open and load. The offers feel like ads popping up. The ui is not smooth inside the app. Everything takes a lot it time to load. Very slow in response and less fluid.
This is probably the worst app I have ever used in terms of connectivity, stability & annoyance factor - with support to match.
It was working fine, but now App is stuck at ncell logo, I complained about it. They sent sms that the issue is resolved. Still stuck at the logo. Now no response from the team. Wow ncell.
Must have app for all Ncell users. One gets a variety of offers on every types of recharge & also all of your account informations like balance, data packs, SMS etc are just one click away.
The only thing working are the notifications, the app still stuck at the loading screen. ... Still stuck at loading screen even after 6 months, still not fixed, bad user experience. last time it worked after clearing all cache and restarting device and setting ncell as the primary sim, but not even that working anymore.
One of the useless app. Can't even chat with the support. Ncell messaged me an offer of data pack valid for 7 days. When bought it was valid for 3 days only. Scam!
Cant compose free sms from inside of app. Plz update apps regularly with bug fixes and more features. Also web free message compose was not send
Not starting without hanging. Free data usage for this app is just for name🙄 and message sent is delivered but blank. Nonsense
Thus application have better performance as compared to NTC app coz in NTC there nothing showing of upcoming offers and no option of call customer care directly but this app have so I recommend every one to use this app .If it's your first time using this app than U r lucky you get 1 GB data free.
There is still bug in this app. When I open the application it stuck at Ncell logo for a while and display white screen only. Also tried uninstalling and installing again but same issue. Due to this issue I am unable to use Ncell application. My device is android smartphone. I hope the Ncell community will soon sve the problem by hearing the comments from their customers.
Iam shocked to learn that Ncell app has the ability to access it's customers privacy for example picture gallery, documents and whatever is stored in their mobile phone.In the process of updating a new version of this app, when i tried to click on App permission it says you can disable the permission in settings.I tried to find this option but unfortunately, I couldn't discover it. Isn't a breach of Law and order to have an access to such a sensitive area of concern? Please Clarify.
This app is helpful. But I am unable to see all data pack there which we get by dialing numbers. I had searched for student plan but I can't see that data pack there. Please make us easy to search our data pack by including Search bar in this app, through which we can search any pack which we want easily and activate that. Soo please please include search bar for searching data pack on this app. 💕🥰❤️❤️❤️
Terrible app. Can't navigate within app quickly. Failed to reflect balance accurately. Keep saying low balance when I had way more balance than it says. Lost more than 200 Rs while trying to activate a data plan.
I am not geeting 1gb data even from the successful referal..not once but several times..! What's wrong with this app🙄..is this offer ended or what
Some good points and some bad points. Good - easy to know about balance and other enquiries. Offers are clearly mentioned but the bad point is when we get offer through messages, then it will not applied because of thiss app and chat support is total nonsense
Stuck at ncell logo for last 1 month. I sideloaded previous working version but now they are forcing me to use the buggy app. Very disappointed. Update, still not working after January 5 update. At least let us use older app version untill you fix it.
This app is so good .even though when we have not balance ,this app provide every month 200 MB free as well as 1 GB. Free data when we download frist time . this my concerned,i was runnig on loss way in balance by the Unknown for buying data but when i download and watching some a time this is so helpful for me .so i want to give 5 to 5 🌟 exllent.
I'm very disappointed to this app because if I open this app it not work else it is not opening only loading for many hours but not opening. I have deleted it and downloaded it for many time. App has a good UI. It does offer best and exclusive packages. And to all those who are stuck at the Ncell logo while launching the app, make sure you enable MagiskHide for Ncell App, if you're rooted with Magisk.
App doesn't start—it's stuck at the intro splash logo. I reinstalled the app after months to see if it's been fixed, but no.
Attractive User Interface but there are many issues with back end. The app crashes in a few seconds.

Some offers available in the App are really good purchase compared to the one you get via text confirmation. Best App if you can afford extra data to use it. Best advice is to use it while you are at home or somewhere with WiFi accessibility.
