Paid premium in app status show ok next thing you know I'm driving without an insurance because my premium didn't get paid. Paid $100 bux to reactivate my insurance. Even got a letter from dmv. Next month, I paid in app and website again, paid 3 times different days, almost got my insurance cancelled again because the payment wasn't processed. I was this close to getting a lawyer. I had screenshots that says I paid the premium
can not see when payment is due. also not a user friendly app has alot of issues. sometimes I have to sign in several times before I can see anything.
Easy to make car insurance payments. I can also pay my membership fees. Online payments save gas too.
App is basic, doesn't provide much information, unable to pay through app. Honestly not sure why I keep it.
Can't even open the app. Force closes when I try to open. I have a pixel 4.
I used the app all the time on my old phone, but now it won't open on my Pixel 4.
Refuses to allow me to sign in. Cannot access the app at all, have to go online to website to do anything...

The app is complex and only let me pay by phone instead of the app I want to pay with the app
Sometimes you have to delete this app and reinstall just to get it work
Probally will give this app 5 stars, don't know yet, leaving State Farm after 27 years for Farm Byreau tomorrow, because I got carvibs through nationwide and I've emailed my st frm agent three times and the main company once and they are still not responding
Don't work at all, do not waste time downloading it, yunk.

This app is processing my payments reflected as GBP££ as opposed to us Dollars$$. If I need to balance my checkbook I have to use conversation rate just to know how much $ I paid.
The app does not give me the policy coverage break down on my vehicles.
It will not allow me to add a credit card or checking account.

would get a higher rating if you could make a payment through the app. it says they will make it possible in the future, so ill just wait and see what happens. will 5 star then.
I can pay normally unlike Most people it seems. But they should Really allow for us to pay our Membership fee on the app as well. Just include it in a damn monthly bill. Almost got it cancelled because I thought it Was being included.
