NCLEX (PN&RN)

I really like this app. It has a lot of questions and gives a decent rational for answers. Nice to use as another supplement to study.

Great app. ❕🔻However,.. it no longer works.🔻❕ The main page after clicking RN opens as a blank window. Pulling down to refresh doesn't fix it. Please fix ASAP. One feature request: ****Please add option to select from individual content area/concepts to be quizzed on.**** Thanks! 👍

FYI scarlet fever is caused by Group A streptococcus bacteria your quiz says that is the wrong answer. Some questions are like this. Should be reviewed again for accuracy.

I've been using it for about 10min. So far it's been OK. I wish their could be explanations for correct/incorrect answers. I will check out the app more thoroughly.

A very useful tool in prepping for examination or for keeping the mind sharp, but on examining the questions that we get wrong I noticed that every exhibits the first choice(a) as the correct answer for all the questions.

Very informative, helpful, almost similar with the actual examination or great questions but I hope you can also integrate/ include select all that apply questions , my favorite app coz it's a GREAT APP TO STUDY.

This app has great questions! I only wish it would provide rationales! I just graduated VN school and a lot of these questions are familiar. I will be using this to study for my NCLEX

There is a web search that you can look into each questions. This helps you refresh in some of the forgotten topics.

It's cool app.Actually I was looking for Saunders app but this made me forget about that one.
