It does have decent questions. I bought the unlimited thinking I could build a test off a specific body system. The unlimited only allows you to build off the topics NCLEX tests you on (basic care and comfort, safety...etc) Not worth the 24.99 tbh. Once purchased you are unable to receive a refund.
Good but I keep getting the same questions. I'll study 10 questions, stop for a time, come back for more, but get the same 10 questions. Definitely not helpful. And lately, the app has been slow to open.
More convenient for review & rationales in every answers is a big help. I like it very much and very grateful that it as offline mode. Thank you so much.
Questions are pretty close to actual exam (CNOR). Rationales are properly provided and informative. Some categories have unrelated questions for the categories, especially, in instrument and sterilization process. That issues should be fixed to provide more accurate practice.

This version is no longer supported as of March 2021. Some questions are very niche and will have u say "when would we ever need to know that?"

Just started using this app. Love the explanations given
Good so far. The questions are quite challenging. I think they are just as hard as uworld. The rationales are detailed and easy to understand and they also have pictures with the rationales. The quick 10 really makes you think. These are timed quizzes that enhances your learning and enhances your critical thinking skills. The premium seems promising and in budget so I will check it out. Lastly, I like the question of the day too.
