NCLEX-RN Exam Ultimate Review

The only NCLEX practice question app that has enough questions- even in the free version. There is long lists of categories for practice questions, although some subjects seem a little mixed (like finding a wound care question in cardiology), but I don't mind it. The answers have rationales and exam strategy notes which are definitely appreciated. It also makes a satisfying noise when you get one correct, which is nice.

By far, one of the best apps I have ever encounter and enjoy using. The layout and designs seem plenty good and fascinating. I hope every other person also have a good feel of what I'm genuinely experiencing. Thank you.

I don't like how if I'm off the app for too long (I was doing something else or I was on another app), the quiz I was on disappears and I have to restart a new quiz. Which is a little frustrating if I'm almost near the end, and the new quiz will have repeat questions from before. Also, no pictures appear for me, whether I use WiFi or my own data. This means I can't see the mnemonics page, or when the question asks me "point-click" questions, I don't see anything. The rationales are a bit lacking

I love using this app to study, the problem is that I can not choose from different categories, you only practice questions on respiratory or cardiac at each time without studying majority clustered questions in each category. I hope the apps developer will make changes and increase different options of questions categories. Also, can visual diagrams be included in the rationale? Other than that, I enjoying studying with the app.

This is very useful.we don't want to carry a book when we are moving outside . rationale to the answer is osam and mind blowing.It would be greatly appreciated if you make scoring system more enthusiasm.

This is the only free nclex reviewer app that is so organized and provides a very detailed rationale and is very helpful. Thank you so much!!! This can really help a lot of those preparing for their examinations.

good app , only one thing if i don't finish the quiz and leave the open in the background the quiz will start from the beginning. maybe an update will be available and restart the quiz from where it was left . thank you

Best I've found so far! Thanks for helping me learn and keeping me engaged with the three strikes. Edit: after phone did auto-update.. app has frozen twice during third question. Never froze before.

Very good app! Every system is tested and the rationals are awesome and it allows you to remediate by telling you where you went wrong and which area to review! Love it!!

It's great cos it is convenient and affordable. I would as if it is actually updated with recent questions and current findings.

The entire Mnemonics section doesn't work! :( I was really looking forward to learning some new mnemonics to help me study for the NCLEX. Update: It is now September (over 3 months from my last post) and the mnemonics section STILL doesn't work.

I have been using this app quite awhile and it's good. I just want to suggest if you can make the questions up to 75 items minimum atleast, would be a good practice in answering for NCLEX. Thank you.

Dude I just started using this app today this app is very very amazing I really want to cover all the content and I think that there's a difference from the ones that I've been using before and the English are well direct the rationale are awesome

Very helpful and easy to use even without any payments like other apps... The Questions, included provides a good experience and knowledge😃😃😃.... Only a minor thing affects practice is that no time limits involved 😐
