Not like any other NCLEX style questions I've practiced with. There were limited category questions. Grammar was also horrible in some instances. Some questions were just bad - either too easy or incorrectly recorded. I wouldn't trust this app to practice with.
The December 2018 update caused me to lose all my previously worked on areas. Like another user stated, now there's only 7 subject areas, not as intensive as it used to be. Now I'm looking for other apps to better serve my needs.
Stuck in the first group if questions. The answer I chose was correct, and it turns green but lights another answer up red (like I chose that one) I've chose every answer and it won't select the correct one, definitely a glitch. Deleting!
I had a wonderful version of this app and one day it updated and I lost all of the questions. Now all I see is 5 question topics when before it allowed me to do various categories with increasing number of questions. I would love it if there was some way to restore the old version but it won't let me!
Awful since the update. Lost all previous progress and the topics completely changed. Seems to have significantly less questions as well. No longer interested in this app.
This app used to be great. One day the content completely changed and now it is very limited and not very challenging. Explanations for questions are inconsistent. I regret purchasing this app.
Very informative and challenges me to focus on the questions and analyze the options. This is a good app for those who are Working while having their self-review like me. I recommend this app for everyone. God bless us all!
I wish the practice exams were adaptive like the actual exam. It would help with not lingering on a question too long as well as dealing with the anxiety properly as to not self evaluate based on question difficulty
LOTS of ads. Like every 10 seconds. Not enough questions to make premium worth it. There are only around 120 questions total.
After the update most of the questions were deleted no content Only 4 levels or more previously there were many levels for each category I was doing the app but one day I opened it up there's nothing except a few levels what happened? ??
The app started off with good questions, but after a while text was chopped and cut off. Making it impossible to answer questions
Great great great app. It reviews questions that you get wrong. Many levels many questions. It also tells you why the answer is correct and why the other answers are incorrect. 👍
Very helpful study tool. good explanations and repeats questions you answer incorrectly so you can get them right. nice app!
Great information. Questions are adaptive and must master all to unlock levels. Provides rationales for all questions. Great app to have.

Some of the text is difficult to read with symbols, but overall very good
in each level, there are times when the answers are listed, but there is no question? Don't waste your time with this app.
It's okay, no reviews from people who used it to study for their boards so can't judge its effectiveness and wether i should keep using it to study.
It helps me learn by repeating questions and giving me the option of retrying the quizes.
It is very helpful because it is free. Most reviewers online cost a lot of money. Thank you so much !

Great app for Nclex-rn examines preparation, it gives details explanation on each answer and is easy to use.

This app used to be great. I've been out of work for a bit, so I've been using it to run through the practice questions to help me remember some things I may have forgotten. Since the app is free, obviously ads can be expected and they would come usually after the end of every section of questions..no big deal. Yeah, well apparently things have changed. The ads now interrupt every 1-2 questions. It's ridiculous. I can't even finish reading the questions because another ad pops up. Unistalling!
