App doesn't work. Keeps failing every time i try to sync or connect with my camera. The dash cam is great but the app sucks. I couldn't even find the app that the book said and so downloaded this and its terrible as everyone else has said. No happy when this is meant to be a feature of the camera. Are they even reading these reviews or trying to fix it? Im going to call them and bring it up over the phone since they are ignoring these.
This app refuses to work for more than 1 min - cannot play back any recording, can't even check that camera is in good position, drops off wifi, need to reinstall wifi every time I go out in car - very upset with this purchase - not recommend
Totally useless app, cannot connect to device and advises that connection failed. Tried uninstalling and rebooted but still no connection. I use android 7 which is supposed to be compatible.
For people having a hard time with this app Use your friends phone if your phone dose not connect to it And change the password and wifi name. Make it the password more than 6 letters And under 12 I think And shorten the wifi name Then your phones won't have a hard time connecting up to it No Samsung. Phone could work with he app. After changing. Wifi name and password. Things are now fine it's an ok app Little buggy Selecting videos to download is a little tricky.
What's the use of me purchasing and installing your product when the reason I got it was because of the ease of access to sim card via an app on my S21. I bought ur camera set up under false advertising, you should refund my money so I can buy an up to date cam, NOT HAPPY, DONT LIKE BEING SCAMMED !!
Does not work on Android moto g6, I need v2, but can not find it. Disappointed that it seems to only supports iPhone's. Not happy that i am not able to get full satisfaction from a good dash cam.
App always freezes, half the time it doesn't download your videos. Super slow. App desperately needs updating
phone connects to wifi on camera fine, but app won't connect. not enough space in password field to type in the full password that the camera created.
Absolutely terrible. Can connect to the camera via wifi but app doesn't connect. Would I recommend one of these cameras to anyone? Not a chance!
The app I am supposed to download doesn't even come up. Downloaded this and it says older version may not work. You would think the app they want you to download at least exists.
Rubbish app, developer doesn't respond. What a shame I wasted my money on such a device that I can't retrieve any data for!! Very unhappy.
App does not work on Android 9 . But works with an older Android version . Unacceptable.
It's out of date doesn't work on my Samsung S21+. it's useless the only reason it got 1 start is because you can't give ZERO star

Do the Developer's even look at these reviews. Regardless, the Dashcam itself is good, however how am I supposed to retreive the data to my phone when it doesn't work. Running Android 9.0, Galaxy S8, the WiFi connects to the Dashcam but keeps prompting me that "command send fail". It is unable to see the camera view from the mobile device nor see the data stored on the SD card. Can you update this App ASAP, as it is currently useless and incompatible with later mobile devices.
