COMPLETE UTTER S@#T......... won't connect with my phone s20 none stopping message saying connecting... on the screen........ I've tried for over 3 hrs...... it's COMPLETE SHOWER OF S@#T. I'm returning the £50 light what's the point when you can't use it to its fullest. Utter S@#T..... &.... NEVER EVER.... NEVER !!! Reply to emails the worst company i have EVER used.... DO NOT buy stuff from them. YOU BEEN WARNED !!!!!
this used to be awesome, but one of the recent ap updates has destroyed it - it no longer connects to the bivvy light. until this is fixed i cant recommend it. looking on the net, this is a widespread issue.
not bad but would be better if when alarm goes off the light illuminates the same colour as corresponding alarm rather than just white and instead of 16 million colours maybe 5 or 6 would suffice
Just brought the smart light & s9 alarms,unable to link,what a waste of hard earned money,false promises ,sending back for a refund 🤬🤬😠💩
Doesn't connect to the bivvy light been trying for ages now and it's not working customer service don't help either
Works perfect on my iPhone but since the update it doesn't work at all in my android
I cannot connect bivvy light with application. Paired with HTC but app could not recognize the lamp....

Connects fine with my p30 phone but unable to change the colour since an update! Can only change the brightness.. I guess it'll do but it would be nice to use the colours at certain times! Hence why I purchased this over others
