Can't add another bank card. Some weird error comes. Transaction copy won't get downloaded sometimes. As a NDB Customer I'm strongly not recommending this app. Use ipay which is lot more easier. Stop forcing rest password. That's freking annoying.....
App keeps crashing after performing a transaction. Cannot view transaction history though the option is there. Cannot take a screenshot as a proof of transaction and email confirmation takes ages to recieve. After recent update, I cannot even log into the app. Someone needs to stay close to this app and make sure users are not suffering continuously.
Reliability can improve. Sometimes it crashes without an explanation. Very small space for remarks and that too is a common remark. Better if there were provisions for receiver and sender remarks seperately. Also the provision to download/ save statements in excel format is very useful if availble
1💫 @ 22/02/2022 They have released an update on 7th Feb. Today 22nd Feb. More than two weeks they are unable to fix the bug on the app. I called and complained to Hotline. But no use. After performed a transection can't share the receipt and can't download the receipt. Disappointed. 5💫 @ 26/04/2022 The system back to normal. As I am using several mobile banking apps, I choose NDB Neos is the best. Therefore I am kindly requesting to development team to maintain the quality of the app always.
Credit card transactions history is not accutare today i install new version uninstall previous app.. The issue is still existing.. Why transactions history is not in app.. Latest transactions not showing. How we can check our transations.?. App must show realtime transactions 😡 we pay you for the service so give it what we expected otherwise give app Foc
I have complained so many times since August 2021 to fix my transactions remarks appearing on NEOS app. Nobody ever called or emailed to fix my issue. Gave me no choice but to switch my banks.
I tried to contact the developing team by an email, but there is no option. My issue is why the heck its taking longer time to get OTP? Main reason for me to move to NDB from People's bank is, in People's Bank OTP goes only into mobile number (which is bad for me with the international travel). And if this OTP issue not fixed sooner (like less than a month), I'll definitely close my account and move to reliable bank. We choose mobile banking/internet banking to save time, and we really don't want to stare at the phone for more than 2 minutes waiting for OTP. (With my Chase and Citizens Bank accounts/apps I really don't have issues like the crazy OTPs for every single transaction. If this fixed in less than a month, I'll change the review for 4 stars. Once I totally happy I'll change to 5. so its up to the team to have better ratings.
The App has been very Usefull since all the transactions can be done without any hassle. Not necessary to walk into a branch or to have access to a ATM machine.
Very usefull app, easy to use One improvement I can suggest Please show the description of transaction in transaction history, or enable it as a clickable row and show the description in another page
The app was really good before the update, very smooth and fast. But now it's all gone to hell, it feels very laggy, gets stuck all the time and I can't even download or share receipts. Very disappointed. Maybe consider getting rid of the guy who messed with this update.
Please revert back the updates. We are unable to access the app. It crashes when we try to login. Seriously guys, don't you QA before pushing changes to production? Edit: uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the crashing issue.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT NDB!!! USELESS APP! Tell your whatever the team who's handling Neos, that before concentrating on promotions, they should first develop a good product. Is it that hard for your technical team to fix the receipt downloading option? Y'all can spend millions of rupees on YouTube advertisements about Neos, and on SMS campaigns asking people to vote for Neos to be the "most popular digital payment product," but y'all can't fix these simple issues? Really disappointed. 😑👎
Update 2/7/2022 After installing latest update, app not loading. Previous Review ........ 1. Screenshot is disabled. For payment confirmation, its easy to forward a screenshot. 2. No Fund transfer, Bill payment history inquiries. An inquiry for selected date range , for selected biller is a must. Email / printscreen previous payment also must be included. 3. Cannot email a payment receipt. An email of payment confirmation there. But for claim purpose its good to have a pdf attachment.
Editing my review to not so excellent! For 2 days I was unable to make any transactions after an update. "When things are working fine, don't try to change it" Simple rule! An upgrade should be to enhance existing functionality. Not to deteriorate it.

Credit settlement was made by the app and in between the app got crashed. Payment has been deducted from the account but the card has not been settled. Informed the hotline but nothing has been done yet !!
After the recent update, I am unable to open the app. It's keep getting crashed. Tried cleaning cache as well. Still the same issue. Kindly solve this issue soon.

Today i updated the app, and it has a bug. One I tried to log in l, applicatios is getting stop. I can't do any transaction or CC payments. I hope you will fix the issue soon.
I've been using this app for few years now and it's a great app does mostly what I wanted to do. There is a small issue I noticed that if you can fix, in notification > offers, offers order shows as older on top and latest in below, it's better if you can do it other way around. Then easy to see the latest when ever we go to the notification bar without scrolling all the way down. Thank you.
The app was one of the best mobile banking ones out there however after the recent updates its gone to the dogs, no one is able to download receipts or view transactions which is such an important feature. Please do something to fix it.
Works great....when it chooses to. Unable to delete the notification offers (when deleted they reappear when next opened) and has an annoying habit of the app sometimes crashing /error messages appearing while in use. And unlike the iOS version (which worked flawlessly BTW) the screenshot option has been removed from the Android version it seems. 2.5 stars.
This is a good app. The only issue I found when I use the app is not being able to download receipts of payments. I use com bank flash app too, but they've given this facility and hope you'll also introduce this option very soon.
Cannot download or share the Banking transaction. Is there a banking history, whenever I accidentally exit the app I can't find any of my transactions I am also unable to take a screen shot.
Received stock trading option with the new update. I'm already a customer with NDB brokers. But when I try to login by giving my cds account details an error message appears and automatically closes the app. Pls fix it.
This app doesn't deserve even one star. App doesn't respond to get the receipt function which is a basic functionality needed to be allowed to prove a transaction. How do we suppose to prove a transaction without this?? And Recent transactions shows blank
So far I can safely say that the experience is satisfactory. There were a few bugs and glitches but they were fixed soon. However, it would be of great help if biometric authentication was introduced to the app.
