NDS-controller

NDS-controller is a combined NDS/Android app that allows a (3)DS to connect to an Android device over Wi-Fi and to function as an input device / gamepad. The main use case is controlling emulators: most emulated real-time games tends to be a pain to play on a touch screen and greatly benefit from being played on a gamepad.

The NDS/DSL/DSi versions of the client require a unprotected Wi-Fi connection, as their hardware is too old to support WPA2. The 3DS client has full WPA2 capabilities and will run on any 2.4GHz connection. For detailed instructions on how to use the clients, refer to the Github page linked above.

I have yet to get this to work on my S8, Note8 or new S9+ and my N3DS. N3DS refuses to connect no matter how I have my wifi setup.

The app, however doesn't seem to work. Whenever I do something on my 3DS, it shows nothing. I'm on the correct input method, and I've entered the right IP into the 3ds app. Any help?

So, the last 2 digits of the IP are 001 and 085. I know how to use it, but it says no matter what that it cannot connect. Proceeding any ways gives the error inet_aton. Wth does is it mean? Why won't it work on my Kindle Fire? Edit: Going to reattempt because of an update...
