The app doesn't work. I had no problems running the prior NEAFCU app on my phone. It has been several weeks, but they still apparently don't have a clue that anything is wrong. I've been banking there for almost 30 years, but I guess I'll have to change banks soon if they can't bother to fix it.
I do like the new options but the background color is bearly visible compared to their outside text boxes. I have pretty good eyesight, and I can bearly see it. Otherwise, no complaint.
Can not use app to even enter the site! App immediately "has stopped running." Zero opportunity to use mobile banking option.
Just stopped working. I can no longer get into my acct which is an inconvenience for me. Thinking about closing my accounts.🤦🏽♀️
Why is this app no longer working? Never had a problem before the name change! In the past I have given a 5 star rating, that just changed!
Worked fine when it was NEAFCU now Success has successfully messed it up!!!!!!!!!!

Im not able to access my account , this is the 3rd day in a row . Fix it please.
Since the update I haven't been able to log in and therefore forced to be late on my car payment. You guys need a 7 day a week hotline or some cause I'm furious
Love this app .use it all the time.
The only reason I rarely use this is because it works on the cell network and the online banking page doesn't work unless I'm on wifi. Add a tab to see holds on my account like the website has and it'll make it to my home screen instead of being buried in the apps folder.
Shouldn't there be two factor authentication on this app by now?

This app has made life so much easier! Cannot tell you how many times my card is declined and all I have to do is transfer from savings.
Fantastic app!!! I don't know where I'd be without this app from time to time! It works flawlessly!

Unsuccessful..... I have not been able to log into my account since the switch from NEAFCU to Success Credit Union.... Sometimes it is just best to leave well enough alone! When I am able to get into my account again like I used to then perhaps my ratings for this app will go up but for now...
