Near Me Locate And Navigate
Clicking on the map view MARKER icon will show a short info about the place.Button on the top of the map view allows to display the places list format.
Click on the place information marker to shows the navigation options -"Walking, Biking, Driving or using Public Transport".
Click on the navigation option you are interested, will start Google navigation to the place.More info button can be used to get phone, website & opening times details(if available)
Settings :
Using settings you can change the search radius and distance unitsSince it is a NEAR BY SEARCH, maximum allowed radius is restricted
Notes :
1. Data AllowanceSearching and using navigation will use the mobile data allowance if not connnected to a wi-fi network.
2. Number of search resultsNumber of search results are limited to 60 at a time (Google places restriction). Reduce the radius (if not set to the minimum) to get accurate results if the maximum number of records are returned.
3. Accuracy of you locationAccuracy of your location is totally depends on the location received from the GPS or location servicesThis could lead to display varying results.

About time someone came up with an app like this. All in one place.
It would be nice to have Rest Stops on this app.

Need to allow search radius to be greater than 6 miles.

I'm glad to have this app since Google decided to remove it. I wouldn't mind being able to hide some of the choices on the A-Z list, there are several I'm just not interested in.
Handy little app doesn't list my local pub but that's not the app's fault, just as well I know where it is.!

This ap could be so much better. It only has 3 mile search radius, should be up to atleast 20 miles. It doesn't find all or anything when searching. Can't ad own category for frequent searches of your own.
Not functional because looks just in a 3 miles radio. I don't,t recommend this app. In addition failed to locate my new position.
Maps in my area are at least 6 years out of date. If the maps were more up to date it would definitely get more stars.
Its really very nice apps, if you are at a new place and you want to find something near you. It will automatically connect you to google map and you just need to follow the path.
This ap does actually find stuff around you but the maxium radius it will allow is 2 miles! What's up with that?! It misses a lot of places too. Additionally it lists businesses that have been gone over a year.
If I am out of town and searching for a restaurant it would be nice to know what type of food they serve. App just gives restaurant name.
The range needs to be larger. When using the app in cottage country it is useless.
