Don't like the new upgrade, previous version was simple and worked. Now you have to enter with the same password as your neat account. Very annoying as now you have to share this password with employees and that will also give them acces to neat online account and see all balances. Also the add note and add receipt is taking away. Why? Why so complicated with this second verification
It is a company which doesn't offer good customer services at all.. Their services are all inconvenient.. Your money can be at risk.. Their services are highly costed.. Their policies are discriminating and alienating.. Don't risk your money with such junk companies on the net..the compliance department can close your card suddenly due to the sudden policy change this will create so much trouble to you so please don't risk your money.. Find better one.. Don't use this junk companies
Changed my password 8 times it cant connect (same password works on desktop). 2021 and unable to provide a workable app

Never thought it could be this easy to open an account for my business. I didn't believe it in the first place but the process was very smooth indeed. Customer support was very helpful with a personal touch. I really feel that i can always reach out to them whenever i have any questions. Support on the homepage needs improvement though.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. worse UI and UX of all virtual banks. Card hardly works. Sometimes need to scan 3-4 times before it is accepted. Many false notifications. Terrible overall. Very unreliable. Always need to take other forms of payment with you or have on hand.
