I finally received my card after waiting 2 months, but there's an issue with the app. When I go into my profile and select "touch ID", then enter my password, then log out, the next time I log in, it asks for the password again instead of the fingerprint.
Have been a user for almost year, so far so good. For any problem or bug encountered, support was quick and helpful.
Tricky service. No benefit. There are lots of fees and charges such cancellation charge, abnormal transaction charge etc.. Also if you don't renew this service, they will take your remaining balance.
there are more negative comments . hhhhmm, I am one of their very first neat user since they started and my experiences with them are all satisfying and efficient . though nothing is perfect but their staff and response to issues I raise with my transactions are immediately resolved. as always I give commend them for their service and friendly staff whether on online chat and email. I hope there is something for people whos started with them from the very beginning. 5 stars to them
Trash. Cant even get verification code. Said their server is down. That messaged popped up for THREE DAYS. now my personal info and my id is stuck there and i cant remove my account. Well, anything happens, its your fault
Overall I like it. One reoccurring bug as I always have to relogin. I get the login or signup screen too frequently.
Perfect app! Excellent customer's service support by Neat team. Highly recommended. I've tried Neat card for payment at Dubai Airport, Bongkok Airport and Hong Kong Airport during my travel. Works perfectly!
It is a company which doesn't offer good customer services at all.. Their services are all inconvenient.. Your money can be at risk.. Their services are highly costed.. Their policies are discriminating and alienating.. Don't risk your money with such junk companies on the net..the compliance department can close your card suddenly due to the sudden policy change this will create so much trouble to you so please don't risk your money.. Find better one.. Don't use this junk companies
even 1 star they didn't deserved. i rate 0 from the start always i have issues encounter. my own money is hard to used. and now they blocked my account even have still money inside. In short they stole money to their customers.

Not only the app, but this company is a JOKE. I'm trying to speak (there's no phone number) or chat (no one answers) for more than 4 days! Don't trust this company. I live in Hong Kong, have been trying to contact them and can't do anything with my money. It's stuck!!! Bad company!
They charge inactivity that does not even shows in the transactions list so the balance keeps decreasing until it's gone.
keeps crashing after the latest update. was stable before that.
Didn't receive any codes - SMS or email - during the registration and it's not finished.

They no longer answer emails, in-app or phone calls. For over a week unreachable, therefore it is impossible to speak with the people who have my money

You'll need an Hong Kong/Chinese address. The card is nit just optional.
Just wait till you learn about the yearly secretarial fees after signing up ! Refused emergency refund.

Blocked my card with no reason and warning given. Used card only in HK. Very disappointed (((
Avoid at all costs. They have not refunded my own funds after I've tried to close my account due to their shocking service, and claiming to have returned the funds despite there being absolutely no record of the transaction taking place. They are unable to provide any evidence of it as they did not do it. Over 3 months of emails and still no further forward. Shocking customer service too. Stick to proper banks who you can pick up the phone/visit in person. I suspect they won't last long.
