Wish I could give it a half-star. The reason I downloaded it was for the ticket scanning feature. It hasn't worked on any of my tickets I scanned over the past week. Powerball, MegaMillions, Lucky for Life, Pick5, or 2by2. Don't put out an app that doesn't work for the main feature you are publicizing. I set up notifications for the Pick5 when it is over $100,000. The next day I got a notification that it is at $60,000. Another non-working function of the app. I'll uninstall until the app works.

Scanner Only Returns Invalid Code-I checked both known winning tickets and losing tickets and ALL returned Invalid code, using the light and making sure it was in a flat surface and the bar code lined up directly under the red line and filled the box. Still a ways to go on this app. ***update-uninstalled and re-installed absolutely no improvement. Scanner is worthless and the push notifications double notify on every jackpot even though there is a "limit" you can set to be notified. 0 stars.

Very low quality scanner. When you open the scanner the picture quality is blurry and can't focus on the barcode enough to even read it. I've never had this issue with any other app that requires access to my phones camera.

I wish the app people would add more content. Like notices about the wins on straches and where the ticket was sold. A up-to date of the prizes that haven't been claimed on the app. Instead of ( having try out strach tickets) on the app. That doesn't inspire me to play at all. I rather see up-to the date winings on all games on the app. I play straches once a week. This would make the games more exciting. Also make it where you can buy tickets on the app. That would be awesome too.

I was so glad to finally have this app, but sadly it isn't working for me. It shows I have an invalid barcode for each of the Mega and Powerball. The scanner seems to add an extra number at the end, but on the ticket it does not have that number.

This App needs to be Updated...A LOT! The scanner works at random times. I have uninstalled twice to see if it would automatically update...no such luck. This App deserves NO STARS!

The main reason I got the app was to scan lottery tickets which does not work at all. To pick up the bar code, you have to get close enough that it cuts off part of the number. Please fix...

Doesn't scan QR CODE and the bar code comes back with invalid code. 20 tickets all do the same thing. That's if you can get it to scan, very blurry when you open the camera. Samsung Note 20ultra.

This app is complete garbage! Out of 14 tickets, The app told me every scan was an invalid code. Without the ticket scanner this app isn't worth wasting space on your device. All the other information this app provides can be found easily online.

Terrible app anymore. Perhaps you all need to employ some actual IT personnel to maintain your app. I downloaded the app for the Ticket Scanner. No matter what permissions I give the app, the scanner doesn't even show up. Pay attention to your consumers people. Do something! Fix this issue!

It has the potential to be an amazing app, and was for me until I had accidentally deleted it! 😭 now it takes forever to check a ticket if it does it at all! Very disappointing!

Scanner not working after the upgrade to the system last weekend. Used to work great now it just spins. Someone seems to have missed something.....

Love this app. Work great on my samsung..you must have the light on to get it to read it. Focus will depend on your ability to manually move phone

Tells me that winning tickets are losers! It's a great idea, but worthless if it tells you to throw away your winnings. Update: I used to use this app for scratch tickets. Deleting app now!

App was working great for at least a year. What happened? The last week trying to check scratch off tickets - just get the "circle" like its thinking but won't give results.

Need this app to scan all lottery tickets as well as scratch tickets. Only good for showing numbers for current/most recent lottery drawings. Don't wait your time!

Does not scan scratch off tickets. That was the reason I downloaded the app. So I found it useless. Maybe better for others? I was using: LG Stylo 4, with Boost service around mid-end 2020.

I live in Nebraska The ticket scanner on this Nebraska Lottery app doesn't work. I scanned one of my scratch off tickets to see if the ticket is a winner scanning the barcode and it comes up on this app saying invalid ticket and it says it to all my scratch off tickets I just bought

At first the scanner was big. Now its very small and hard to scan. It is probably my stupid Samsung Galaxy 8 phone that has given me nothing but grief for a least 2 years , like always

Scanner doesn't work, no draw history, just the last draw. Disappointing.

This app isn't that bad. I moved it across it and backed up till it was clear and it snapped and told my "not a winning ticket".

Scanner works great now. Invalid code happens when you scan the wrong barcode.

Won't scan. When it does it somehow comes up with random numbers that aren't on the ticket

When I first got this app it worked great at scanning tickets. Now it doesn't work at all! Why have y'all not fixed this yet?

The NE lottery scanner works fine with the scratch ticket. But I always get invalid code with the ticket. Never has worked for me.

Ticket scanner is worthless on my note20+.... but it works amazing on my work phone iPhone Xr. I hate apps that are only geared to 1 platform.

The only reason I got the app was to scan tickets, which doesn't work so pretty pointless to me. Don't waste your time
