Drove across Nebraska stamping sites , got a new phone and my other profile did not switch over.. why??.. what can you do to fix this??.. this is horrible

I had to switch phones and my passport wouldn't switch over.

We love doing the passport program. This is our 5th year. But, this is our 3rd year of using the app and it never works right on our Android phones. I called the office a couple of days ago and they assured me they were fixing it. We tried to use it today and the digital stamp wouldn't work at any of the stops. It kept telling us we were outside of the radius when we were standing inside the business. Every time I try to open up the app one or more of the sections has problems. At our last stop today I opened it and under each section heading it showed a blank page and no list of the stops. I love the passport program but this is so irritating. Please fix it!

The app starts up, but when I select any of the categories in the tour list, it doesn't open up the category. I can't even see what I'm supposed to visit because of it! UPDATE: I will give this another chance. Maybe the Dev could have short instructions on how to use the app, instead of assuming everyone would know to swipe left.

I spoke with the dev on this app. You have to swipe to the left to see all of the stops. The list is just to show you how many you've gotten.

This should be a basic application engine with data changes for new years. Why does it always seem to have the same problems?

It won't load. I love doing Nebraska Passport, but the app crashes all the time. Can't even open it.

Loads but doesn't draw screen. You have to task swap back to desktop and then return to app. This is a serious flaw and this app has shoddy quality control. Low tech users probably won't be able to get in without help.

Doesn't load first screen. Come on developers, let's pay attention to quality!

Installed on brand new LG G5. Slow to load then locks up. Appears to have serious flaws.

Waited 15 minutes and it never even loaded the first screen.

Won't Load

I can was standing in the middle of Mignery sculpture garden with GPS on and location identified by Google maps and the app reports that I was not in the correct location. Tried on several others and got the same result. Tried to submit my entry after my name and address I hit T-shirt and I get a blank screen with "T-SHIRTS 0/0 CANCEL" across the top. The only thing that works is CANCEL.

I love the whole Nebraska Passport concept, but I cannot get the app to load up. If the bugs could get fixed, I would sooner use the app than the booklet that can be found at any of the stops.

Takes at least 5 mins or more for it to open and then I have to shut the phone off to get out of the app.

Where is the 2015 version?

Showed up #1 when I searched the Play Store. Excited to work my way through while my daughter is here from AZ for the summer.

Nebraska Passport didnt even show up when I searched on Play store. It showed up as #78 under "see more"

I love the live map and the ease of use. Nebraska passport did not show at the top (while searching play store) however since I knew what I was looking for I found it easily. As for the rating, great work and idea. Thanks for the app!

Won't load. Disappointment and obvious waste of tax payer money

Can not find the 2017 passport.

The new passport starts Monday... Where's the updated app?

Never loads right, I was inside a stop & it wouldn't let me stamp it, had to stand in line to get code from staff.
