NEC Code Test Prep 2019 Ed
National Electric Code (NEC) is a standard adopted in United States of America for safe installation of electrical wiring and components. For obtaining license for carrying out electrical related works, in depth understanding of the code is necessary. Almost all the license exams will have a section related to NEC code. NEC code is not a book to read just before the exam. The best way to learn the NEC Code is through interaction with others (group study) and attempting number of practice tests.
NEC Code consists of 9 chapters each dividing into four groupings: General Requirements; Specific Requirements; Communications Systems and Tables

Chapter 4: Equipment for General use
Chapter 5: Special Occupancies
Chapter 6: Special Equipment

This section consists of National Electric Code (NEC) Code Practice Questions which helps in learning the code easier. All the NEC Practice Tests are as per the NEC 2014 Code. Dropped to one star for losing off line use! Uninstalled. The most important thing is code citation and question ID number. So that questions can properly be checked and details or exceptions understood. The ads are definitely a hinderance but the app interface is reasonable. I can't stress enough the citation of the code by number, section or table.
Make a paid version for crying out loud! The ads between each section ruin this app. Also fix this so wrong answers are red when you're reviewing.. seriously, duh.
I had originally published a 5 star rating. Since then the adds are getting so bad I wait more on adds then I get to study. Make a paid version to drop the adds..
Some of the answers are wrong. I've encounter several answers that are wrong. Correct those and the app will be great.
works great , would be great if the question that where answered wrong will be high lighted when you check the test.
Wish you could do more than 5 questions at a time, and could def forgo the ads, but otherwise spot on

Overall it's a great app. The questions are excellent and I've noticed some are even given more than once but maybe slightly different wording. Keeps your thinking sharp. I would recommend code reference tho and maybe a part that counts how long you take on a question. Also when you see your results maybe highlight the ones you got wrong. This app really keeps me in my book and knowledge in my mind. Love it!
