It explains moves but it takes the duration of the allowed exercise time to do so then moves on to the next exercise, so if you're unfamiliar with an exercise you don't ACTUALLY end up getting to do it at all in the time allowed as you are too busy listening to how to instructions. Would be better if it had an instrument bit too can access if you're unfamiliar, that halts the countdown until you go back to the move. Just ended up making me cranky, trying to use this app.
This app is really easy to use and it reminds me to do the exercises each day. I work from home and sometimes don't think about getting up and moving through the day. These exercises are ready to do at your desk and help to loosen tight muscles. I would recommend this app to those who what to keep your flexibility.
Exercises are good, extreme amount of ads which you can't get rid off. There robotic instructor voice is annoying, the gifs are ok but they are sometimes very confusing. The timer just starts without any way to turn it back.
Fine. However some exercises don't give you enough time and others are double the time shown (each second is two). One exercise in particular says 'do exercise for ten more second... Relax... ' and the space between those is literally half a second...
Good app. Timer is not efficient. Also when I did day 1 exercise exactly as shown in app I overdid it because timer is not accurately timed for the number of repetitions suggested.....I had extremely severe neck pain....So now I do according to my tolerance levels
The voice instructions are done during exercising time, there is no rest time (which could be used for instructions). The exercise time durations did not coincide with the instructed exercises, eg, it says 'repeat 3x' for should press, but time given was 60 sec, which is too long.
I have lumbar stenosis and sciatica since Covid. These exercises help loosen the tension in my neck and shoulder muscles which also stretches/strengthens them and lessens the pain. Relief!
The timer for each exercise needs sorting out, the exercises are good though.
It was a great experience but need some improvement like we can adjust the time for exercise as well as rest time.. Other wise it's a great app.. It this came next time I'll rate it 5 ⭐
I love the app its first of all free i never had to pay for it. I do in the comfort of my home and when i want. But, i used setting to remind me to exercise so this push me to be on top of my game. I just love it.
Doesn't take all the pain away, but it definitely does help with the chronic tension in my neck and shoulders. Simple and easy to do moves.
Really helpful with my chronic neck pain. With our modern life when we spend a lot of time before the PC it is a must for everyone ! Get ready option with exercise explaind would be great !

very helpful, but some exercises have no enough time to learn and to practice, also a few exercises still not how to do them.
Great, quick, effective neck & shoulder exercises for free. A lot of adds though, but not once you start your workout.
Not a useful app at all Very bad UI just basic forms available No tutorials available not an app to be referred especially by beginners There are many other apps available can easily avoid this one
All the exercises in the app are simple yet effective. There seem to be little glitches here and there, except those it is just great.
It did not explain the movements for each movement was too much. I suggest to try fitness for women app it is perfect
Advertising with sound everytime you open app. Exercises are gym strength rather than injury oos rsi recovery and dont suit my need.
The pictures don't always agree with the descriptions of the exercises. Repetitive movement of say 40 reps each side of the neck would gives me neck pain.
Great workouts but some of the descriptions are a little vague and the times go too fast
Best exercises for neck and shoulder pain .i must suggest everyone to try these exercises . I was suffering from severe neck pain seriously this works...
Although useful exercises, the illustrations are not very clear and the timing of the exercises is not consistent.

Really happy with this short app for my morning routine. Not overwhelming but helpful. I have had 2 frozen shoulders and this program is a great doable start to healthy shoulders.

i swear this app is the best..i was suffering from shoulder blade pain fo seven months..but the exercises in this app managed to get rid of my pain in just 3days...im now ok😌
The exercises might be nice, but the timer for each exercise is absolutely useless. Not only do the e.g. 30 seconds of exercise include the 15 seconds of audio explanation (I could live with that, because it's only annoying for the first time), but then the app wants you to e.g. do 10 repetitions á 10 seconds each before the 30 seconds total are up. Since I cannot fit 100 seconds of exercise into 30, I have to keep pausing the app, which is very annoying.
