Simply awful... Probably the worst id-check app out there. I tried 3 times to get my ID verified and it didn't work. Something goes always "wrong" but what? No idea... They ask me to create a request to complain and then ask for a ton of data! Don't you have enough with all the data I just shared during the failed process? Ughhh so frustrating :(

Unfortunately junkware. Even annoying - instead of validating each step, I have to scan my ID card the do the selfie, only to receive the error message something went wrong with both stages. What a waste of my time.

Doesn't hold up a second to the postident competitor! The process is very buggy, doesn't work and doesn't give any hint on why ypu have to start all over again,and again. Terrible waste of time, get better guys, just copy postident.

Habe das gerade mehrfach probiert, ist jedes Mal an einer der 3 Schritte gecrasht. Klappt nicht. Just tried multiple times, every time it crashed randomly in one of the 3 steps. Doesn't work.

After 30 minutes doing different photos with different light and different angles... I leave it for impossible. Always after 5 minutes uploading it says something went wrong. Awful

The most painless online identification yet. The app is really good at guiding you what to do, the verification takes only a minute or two. Great!

Needs improvement, repeated the same step many times without luck and the hint is the same every time.

The App keeps adding letters to my name and I fail to verify my identity. I contacted the customer support about it, but never heard back from them.

Iam very satisfied. For me it was the best، fast and uncomplicated identification process until now.

Good idea, bad implementation Having to watch those videos, describing how to hold your ID, just to get a summary with pictures and text afterwards? Nice touch, but a waste of time and you get the feeling you're really stupid. Especially if a step didn't work, you have to do it again multiple times, watch the video every time, did everything as shown and there is no hint what's wrong. I'd really wish to have the option to speak to a human after the third failed attempt.

Edit: The app didn't work for me in the beginning and support was slow. I can imagine Corona and working with the govt. slowed things. In my case, the app didn't work in the end, but the support team was super nice and professional and they went out of their way to help me. I had to finish my identity through another method in the end, but they guided me through till the end even if it wasn't their job anymore! Kudos.

As a programmer, I would be ashamed of releasing this into production. Stuff drawn over other stuff. Uploads start only once both videos have been taken (have you considered starting the upload of the first video while the user is taking the second video?) Key functions like like Status or continue identification don't work. Automatic verification is said to take one minute on average and 5 mins at max. Took around 10 mins in my case and had to repeat the whole process multiple times.

Terrible usability. You have to endure endless non-skippable infuriatingly long instruction videos before the identification steps finally take place. After the instruction video is eventually finished, the app tells you to hold your document in front of the camera but doesn't show you the camera for what feels a minute letting you sit around waiting like an idiot. In dire need of usability overhaul.

Terrible app that does not work properly, it gets confused between English and German. Video shows words in English but spoken in German. Verification did not work at all.

Terrible experience. I tried the authentication multiple times but it doesn't work. The app crashed any time during the process. No way for using personal data. Imagine what can happen with your Id...

It should be specified which rights are needed by the app. When opening you have to check some boxes but it is not possible to know which are necessary and which not without trying them all immediately. That is unprofessional for an app processing this kind of personal data.

There is no way to change a language in the app. Update: even if your phone locale is in English and your app starts the same language, after starting a verification it will suddenly switch to German. And again! There is no way to change it. Divine UX

With all due respect, this application is idiotic, not only is the processing time exceedingly long, i have spent the last 30 mins trying to use the app, also who is the bright spark that decided that it was a good idea to take the deciding important hologram pic without a count down. What a waste...

It worked well, but you couldn't change the language. I would have preferred german but I couldn't switch to it. Or maybe I just didn't find the right setting. Audio was very clear and pictures explained everything you needed to know.

I would not be willing to touch this app but my insurance company tricked me to do so. That mau not bevthe fault of an app but it was a lengthy process in which i ended up giving consent etc which i do not seem to be able to withdraw, neither i can delete my personal data other than delete the app and that is a problem with the app. How do I withdraw consent and make sure my private data is deleted from your servers?

An easy and quick way to identify oneself. At first I had to come to grips with the menu guidance, but that was due to a minor inadequasy on my part. The app worked flawlessly.

Very logical, intuitive UI with lots of helpful messages (+1 star), but the app failled to perform is primary function throwing connectivity errors and other nonsense. Nice UI does not help if the app does not work.
