Nedbank Masterpass

I dont like how it is easy to just get into this app. If a person takes your purse with your cellphone in it. You are completely screwed. This app allows one to change a password without a redirection to the email address provided. Also if someone close to you wants to steal from you. This is the app they can you use. There are no security questions asked to access the app, it just totally worthless for me. I have uninstalled it.

I can't add my Nedbank Gold Credit Mastercard! I called Customer Service and was told to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did that, but the app still won't add my card. So annoying! Even more annoying when the app's tech support people don't have a clue how to fix the problem!

Had a poor experience. In general its been great. however i had a QR that refused to scan. opened the zapper app and it scanned instantly. Was either due to bad light or poorly printed QR. however zapper scanned under the same conditions.

Good app but not suitable for managing payments for different accounts to a single vendor. Also, multiple cards can only be distinguished by the last 4 digits of the card number. A custom name for each card would make it easier to distinguish them.

I can't link my card it keeps on failing . All the card number are right and expiry date as well as security code .I' m not winning I find it difficult to pay my accounts .Even when I scan the card it will succesful scan and keeps on going back to scanning the card over and over again. It's very frustrating

Great app. Just need to be able to give each card an alias and then it would be an even greater app.

Disappointed. After seven tries to upload my card both by scanning and typing the details in it repeatedly failed to load. A pity as this would have been very convenient.

NFC for tap to pay would be nice. Haven't made a payment yet but setup was easy enough. Will revise this rating once i get a chance to actually use it.

For 3 days I've been trying to make a payment to a SA firm, from NZ, without success. I don't even receive a SMS code to activate the device in spite of trying 5 different phones. What's going on here?

For 2 days now I cannot pay my ekurhuleni. it keeps saying system timed out, please try again later. I've uninstalled and re installed and its still the same. Please have a look at this.

Terrible i cant enter my card number i have been trying for over it . It says enter the card number when i do it doesnt accept it . I even used the scaned the card still the app dd not accept.i I still give it one star i wrote and email to the email adress to sent me . Gmail sent feedback saying it does not exist may i get a working email adress so that i may fix my problem pretty please

since when do u keep on saying prepaid airtime for telkom & cell c 'll be available soon?...also u should atleast gv us easy option to view balance. ..otherwise 3 stars is enough for the moment!!!!

Brilliant app, easy to navigate. Just needs more retailers onboard.

works well, one star removed as it defaults to tip when wanting to pay. please look at order of payment.

Completely lacks security.. No security password required to make payments.

Pleasant experience, convenient where accepted, prevents cloning of cards. Never had any issues

Can you please add more networks for the prepaid section ALREADY, I mean we've been waiting ever since the app was made for "more networks coming soon".

Keeps saying the card linking has failed! Can't scan the card either - this app does not work.

I can't add my new gold card. I've uninstalled and install but nothing happens.

Tried adding serveral nedbank cards does not work, however standardbank and ABSA are added. Very stuipid!!!

The latest update makes reading receipts much easier BUT has slowed down response time significantly 🙄

Please can you give ability to give nicknames for cards rather than show numbers. I have a work and home card from same bank and can't easily tell which is which. Zapper does this already

The app is easy to use and I earn Greenbacks when paying the municipality! I like it!

Nedbank Masterpass cannot add my card (not by scanning nor by manually entering the card number).

It requires account number when i want to purchase something but when i enter my acc number, it says it's invalid

The app won't allow me to scan or add a card please help as this is very irritating

Cause sometimes it doesn't open the app for airtime and data
