Very good app, recently tried to update, looking to use the Lotto feature, but found it not included, although it's advertised. What's up??? Seems like the app needs to be updated...or maybe its a paid version of the app that I need to get, but I tried doing as you said, the Lotto feature is not available.
Thanks, it's much better now😇.. What a calamity. Latest version doesn't run on my phone at all. Need I say more:( Ok, original failure fixed (the total app system failure). But the same issue as with previous versions. Failure to function again a short time after current session was closed :(
Been having so many issues lately. Everytime I try and process a payment it tells me "session timed out". It is extremely annoying to say the least! You guys need to fix these bugs as it seems many users are having similar issues! Get it together Nedbank!
The app is great simply because of the most important thing is that the money it is very valuable. I'm so impressed with the security of the whole thing. Why not 5 🌟 well it's the data charges that apply. This could be perfect but you'll also find it hard for you to buy airtime for yourself. Deposits and withdrawals are processed immediately and you're notified via SMS. Greatest bank card ever and I appreciate the monthly emails. Nedbank truly takes your money seriously 😳 Toll free service,😃
I have been using this app successfully for many years but in the past few days it just keeps crashing. Nedbank are unaware of any issues. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times with no luck. I'm am beyond ANNOYED. UPDATE: I have had no feedback from anyone yet and it's been a week.
Does everything I need and more. Great user interface. Since posting my review which has not changed, I received a notification to update my Money App. I do not see anywhere to do this within the app and in the Playstore it looks like I have to reinstall the app from scratch. Is this the only way.
App doesn't work, I was stuck at a branch for an hour trying to activate it and eventually gave up when my phone died. When you tap it you get a white screen, then the splash screen then it just shuts down. Even a terrible bank like standard bank has a working app. I can't access my money. Fix your App, make it actually work.
The selfie pre requisite when setting the app up is the most frustrating thing. It won't let me past this stage as the selfie is not clear even though my camera is showing it as clear. I still haven't managed to get access to the app!
I have been using this app for the longest time and it has been working perfectly for me, sending money so quick and fast to Nedbank recipients and non Nedbank recipients and it's been so convenient not to queue in long lines but lately it doesn't open at all in my phone it'll be promise to open then just close automatically, I tried updating the app this morning still same thing, I even uninstalled it and installed it again and still is doing the same thing, please advise
Ever since the upgrade the app doesn't work. This is terrible service. Your support team is aware of the issue but nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Pull your finger out and solve the issue. You upgraded to a new version which supposedly is to the benefit of your clients, but it is not. Why does it take so long to solve your problem? Absolutely pathetic service.
It has always been a good App but now approve-it messages do not respond. It becomes a never-ending process. I can't add beneficiaries, update limit but funny enough payments do go through. It's really annoying.
This app I have endless issues with it. I always have to change my dam passwords. Then there is the rule the app or registering or changing passwords again has...... "it can not contain duplicates". Also when buying Lotto Star tickets on the banking app, : it took me for ever and I still can not see what I chose. . CAPITEC, FIRST NATIONAL BANK ARE FAR MORE FRIENDLIER APP AND THEY DONT HAVE, RESTRICTED BLOOD TIGHT SECURITY DOS AND DONTS
App keeps crashing on startup still. Previous comments for users were about issues with android 5 and under.... Now all of a sudden it's android 6.... Though on the app info it still states version 5 and up are supported. Fix the bloody thing why don't ya!! Geeeez!!
I have been experiencing issues with this app for the past two days. When I click on the app, the screen turns white and goes back to the home screen.It closes a few seconds after it attempts to open.I can't do transfers and it's frustrating, please assist.
The app has been working great but over the last 2 weeks it crashes and iv not been able to do the banking I normally do due to the app crashing. Iv uninstalled it and reinstalled it a number of times. Not working on my samsung note 4. Please help to fix this problem. This kind of thing is why clients move to other banks... Tried again today and still not working.
Please assist me every time I try to go into the app it just closes and says that the app has stopped working, the same as few other people has experienced from the previous reviews I have redownloaded the app many times and the same thing happens, it has just really been very frustrating please fix this issue and assist me with this problem it used to be a good app before the update.
Good morning. Since two days ago I have suddenly been having issues in login into my money app, it would not allow me to go in, it shows a white screen with texture reading, "unfortunately, money stopped," please advise as that problem does not seem to go away even after I have called Nedbank and requested for an assistance but they just told me to update my software and restart my phone, still with no luck. Please assist urgently. I urgently need to log in as I need to do my banking and now I can't seem to do anything, not to mention not being able to make any transfers as before.
A few days ago I received a notification that my app is outdated and I was directed to the Google play. I updated the app, now when I click on it my phones screen goes white then it won't load or let me log into the app. I've never had problems with the app but lately it's the worst cause I can't even use it so unnecessary..
Again not able to replay Lotto/Powerball tickets/numbers. I know that it will start saving history, but why didn't save the previous history? Also still would like to see listings, such as in MORE in alphabetical order, just seems sensible to me to have it that way
Was working fine for probably over a year. Then a few days ago it just kept crashing everytime I try to log into the app. Tried re-installing it again, but same thing. Not sure why it all of a sudden doesnt work anymore.
This is a world class app. 100% user-friendly. No need to go into a branch no more!! So why the 2 stars!!? Simply becoz there is always routine maintenance. Always in the late night - early mornings. Wouldnt want to get stuck with a non working money app ... not when you need it most.
I find this to be a useless app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 4 times and still can't get access. When I try and open the app, I get no further than the green screen which says nedbank money with a picture of a phone. It doesn't even give you options to log in
For years I have been happily using the Nedbank Money app without any problems. The app has recently been upgraded and now it has stopped working due to my Samsung tablet being a older version. I refuse to have to now buy a new tablet. This should have been considered when upgrading the app. In my opinion the Nedbank Money app is no longer the award winning app.
App keeps on crashing, i need to transfer funds to my parents and not being able to login is a headache.. For the past 2 days everytime i open the app the screen goes white and it keeps me out..Nedbank fix the app ,i have re-installed it so many times and still not working.
Haven't been able to use this app for two weeks now, can't do anything, app doesn't even open, loads for a few seconds then goes back to the normal screen, I've called Nedbank and was told there's nothing wrong on their side, It's been really frustrating this app has held me prisoner, can access my money and don't have the time to guy to the bank
In the past week I can not log in using my finger print. It keeps on telling me to enable biometric settings which I have done and I still a message to say it isn't activated and them I have to type in the password again. I never use to have issues like this before but this week it has gotten quite annoying now to say the least.
