I can't log in to my account at all it completely log me out. This app has way too many bugs Please fix this

Was working fine until the start of the week, from then the app keeps crashing, saying failed to connect to server. Beware when you download this app.

Most broken app I have ever seen in my F........ life. Always broken. Always issues with payments. Notifications not working. Stealing electricity money!!! Useless IT department

Very helpful, I love it. You can even make a transfer to many recipients with different Bank Accounts 👌👌

All versions are useless, they keep crashing.

Intially a nice-to-have p, but became a daily used app, great for Banking and budgeting

It's a very good app, easy to use. The payment to Mobile(NEDBANK SEND MONEY) feature is really helpful. Can you please add an option to buy ESWATINI MOBILE AIRTIME , we really need it.

The app is good but it keeps on blocking our pin says it's wrong while you use the correct one even the password as well Its so frustrating to us as staff so what about the clients and they say it's free but mine I still use data or wifi to open it please check it

I have a problem of using an app it ask me to add the country by selecting but SA is not appearing

I am unable to login. After setting up, the following message appears when I try to login: "An error occurred processing the request. Please try again later." I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled several times but its the same.

Constant hassle at Login 'ERROR with initialization. TRY AGAIN'. And 'tried dozens of time' most annoying. Thanks for help.

this is by far the most user friendly app I have ever used

It is a good app. However very slow. And processes transactions late which if u rush , may duplicate and send twice . So be patient

Very useful and efficient. Nevertheless, improvement on overall speed when doing transactions would be appreciated.

This app is helpful but sometimes it gives problems when it says something went wrong. It keeps on saying that when you try to login and delays you when you want to transact.

Just as I expected. But the app must be upgraded so we can easily buy Swazi Mobile airtime and also have quick loans function so I don't have to go to the bank for paper work

Been trying to download the App the whole of 2 days with no success. Even went to the bank for help, WE ALL FAILED! Im really frustrated!!!

Perfect experience. I was wondering when Swazi Mobile will be added on the app so we can be able to buy airtime online other than withdrawing or swiping.

Works perfectly fine. When I changed phone, I just downloaded the app and logged in myself in at the comfort of my home.

Your app is dysfunctional on my phone... constantly freezing n than I constantly have to restart my phone just to access your app..

It does not help to tell a client their password is weak 3 times without giving the requirements for a strong password. Idiots

You need to go back to the bank for installations of the new app, not all of us are staying n in towns.. very frustrating and costly

The app is troublesome during activation please. May you make this to be easy for every user? Do some updates to the app for it to be super good !!!

The app is convenient and easy to use. It is my go to for payment, paying my bills is a 2 minutes job 😃😃😃

Its really reliable APP to explore more to check your money than going to branch while you need help you can use it online

It's great, user friendly and helpful. But when reinstalling it one must go back to the bank again.

Never used such an easygoing app before. It's user friendly, all functions are self explanatory, simply amazing 😎

I wish I would give 5 stars, but, I updated the app and now I cannot download statements, like I would do with the previous version.
