It was fine until recently. Every time I try and log in it disconnect automatically. I removed the app and reinstalled it again and the same thing happens. I also see a message saying the app might not be optimised for your device. Since when?
Often the dashboard adds up the total asset value incorrectly. Additionally I am unable to select a number from my contacts within the app in order to send money, I end up having to copy and paste from my my contacts.
This App does not activate for International client? installed and uninstalled multiple tmes on by Samsung tablet V.10. I have the same app on my Samsung phone which works well. Noted that note says may not be optimised, however Please do something about this.
Overall it's a good app but lacks the functionality of the green Nedbank app. Also has excessive and alarmingly regular down time meaning have to use the green app. Private banker is very slow to respond if responds at all. Can and should be improved.
Really like it now, but as an older skeptic, I am still wary of the esse of opening it up with my fingerprint. It seems too easy to be bypassed.
I love the fact that you can launch the app with your fingerprint. Goof functionality. You need to use it frequently to understand the navigation around the site.
Now that the update bugs of a few months ago have been sorted, and I have had the time to get to know its layout better it is back to being one of my favourite apps. Actually makes life easier and more secure
Trying to transfer between linked accounts is frustrating. App defaults to your last from and to account. So if you now want to transfer from the last account you transferred to, that account isn't in the accounts available to select from
How long does it take to download this app...? Hope it's all as swift and user friendly once downloaded- We perform multiple transactions daily. Still tryna download if, so I could transact! Been a good 10 minutes. Could there be anything wrong?
Has hiccups every now and then, usually when you need to do something urgently. Overall works well though and very convenient
Simple layout, neat and clear display, easy to use and navigate.
App reinstalls itself every so often, requiring a reset of passwords where you cannot use previously used passwords - I am running out of possible passwords that I can remember!

can't pull numbers from the device. doesn't allow for payment easily when traveling.

Good app, but you can not print stamped statements. You can though on the Money App.

Good except for all my beneficiaries the list does not include all but is possible to retrieve if you type the name in.

Have not experienced any problems..It's quick and easy.
Been working fine and then refused to accept password. Uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and get a "something went wrong" message. Frustrating when you've been using the app. In addition, the USSD messages for accepting or rejecting transactions also times out and then after hitting "resend" I get them twice. Most annoying
