The application malfunctions. It does not allow flexibility in inputting amounts to transfer. At the moment, there is an error that is preventing the app from opening. Nedbank, please do better!
Hi there, this has been working great since I installed it earlier this month but the since yesterday it has been freezing when I try open it. It freezes my whole phone actually. The last transaction I tried after I tried to get in even failed. Is this just me?
Unfortunately this app does not work well on Samsung. All words, lines and figures are out of line. When I try do a zipit payment the confirm button is not even on the screen?
The App is not Validating. I have installed the app but it is failing to validate the OTP automatically which is sent to my phone. Please help. Im using Huawei P40 Pro
You need to remove this feature for automatic OTP verification. I recieved the OTP but there is no block for insertion. Some people like me use different line for data usage.
Useless, as OTP sends 6 digits but only allows me to enter 4 digits. Contact support and get no response.
Great functionality and good application. My face recognition and fingerprint identification now not working though, please may you sort that out.
This is rubbish.I have bills to pay but all my transactions are failing.What kind of a bank is this .I have been deeply inconvenienced and seriously thinking of changing a bank.I have money in my account and a lot of bills to pay but the app and the 299 are rubbish no response so whats the point mxn
Excellent app..everything is straight to the point easy to use and perfect i think we now want you to activate the finger print log in biometric
Nice app. However you should please include RTGS transfer option so that one chooses either zipit or RTGS since other account #s are not zipit compatible. Also have a pdf Proof Of Transaction sent to register email account.
It's never working for me I keep uninstalling and downloading again because it fails to validate. When it's working it's a good app so please sort this validation problem

I have a serious problem with this new app on inserting transaction amounts.... e.g 12000 it only input upto $1.20..with a dollar sign

Guys I failed to log in coz my registered sim is not the one I am using on data. I received the otp but can't inset it

Tried it on Samsung Tab, it is just stopping and closing during login.
Application keeps on mufunctioning. Major problem is it keeps failing to validate.

Mine keeps on saying, unexpected error occured, please contact support. I called and they keep on saying network. I have tried different networks of all the service providers . I suspect something is wrong with the app. Please the 299# option is boring to use.
