Okay, the game itself is great, but there are a lot issues I've experienced going through it. The most prominent one being the loading screen - I was stuck there waiting for what felt like hours. And when it does finally load, I get greeted with, "Download the full game! Space required: 0mb," so I have to sit there while it installs for another 15 minutes. The worst thing is, sometimes it crashes/sends me to my lock screen (and when i unlock my phone, it crashes) when it's done "installing".
Can be a fun game. But there are way too many forced ads, unless you pay to get rid of them. Also the number of races and PR required to earn cars in the special events and vault events in the time required is terrible. Almost impossible without spending real money. Game has potential but needs serious improving. I'm uninstalling!
Better get rid of the advertisements that always play right after finishing a race. It is not only annoying but is decreasing the play experience. I naturally try to avoid racing as much as possible, which makes the game unsatisfying, just because of the ads that aren't skippable. Please, make the ads skippable like they were before or a lot will quit playing.
It would be a nice game if the stages weren't too short, however. after you reach a certain level it's pretty hard to continue playing if you don't purchase something to get vip. and about cars, they are not so easy to get. oh boy, if you want to get a car better buy for it or grind it for one week to get it. I love the phone games marketing!
The company got very greedy, lots of ads that are opened after every finished race, ads that make your phone unresponsive since they don't start correctly and you end up with a black screen that forces tot to close the game and reopen it if you want to continue to play. I stopped playing after doing that multiple times in a day.
Everything was going fine, some things are unreasonable like pr lock(open the event and it says 'easy', can't i like do moderate?), vip to turn off autoplay advertisements but the crates are quite generous. I actually find it amazing how the event shops don't show what I actually need like is there a program for that 🤣. Then I played Underground Rivals. I won and that's it. It was stuck at the cars posing at the finish line. I tried making the game reconnect but meh. Got a nice wallpaper tho
I really enjoy the game and want to give it more stars, however I won't as there's certain things which are just stupid. The game is good in terms of music, storytelling, dialogue and scenery. The races are very short... there's literally a tip that says enjoy the ride. Yeah right ok? Lol The limited time event is a good system to put in but having to wait when your able to play but have to wait till it "unlocks" wastes time and makes the limited event almost impossible to do.
Game started working once again, Entered a few RACES. Came back and entered the loaner championship and game crashed. No longer can I enter a race without the game crashing. Thanks for the 600 gold though... (Edit) I come back to the game almost 2 years later to try it out, the game menus and layout has changed completely, so I have no idea where everything is anymore, game still lags a bit and still crashes when I enter my second race. Still unhappy with the performance.
This game is very dissapointing currently i have been grinding a straight week and none of the parts/items that are needed are popping up also my multiplayer seems to be bugged, everytime I finish a race it just keeps me there at the style screen where the 2 opposing cars are, no movement into your stats/win screen im just stuck at a blank screen where 2 cars are, the longest I've sat through it is 15 minutes before I closed application to try again. EA CAN DO SO MUCH BETTER
Had high hopes for the game, wishi did not waste my time and money. Holy hell the amount if micro transactions and time you have to put into the game for the challenges. It's badly balanced, the special cars you can use and the upgrade mechanic for the parts I'd cool. But you either have to spend tons of money or babysit your resources to try and get things through effort which won't leave you sleep or a life if you want to unlock the car you are going for. Nothin but a tedious process
This game might be the best racing game I've tried on mobile. The cars, graphics, gameplay, controls, upgrade system is amazing. Everything is 5 stars except for events. I have wasted so much of my life trying to win a 7-day special event and if I don't play the game just one evening, I lose the event. It's so frustrating and stressful that I uninstalled the game 4 times in the past few years, and came back hoping they somehow fixed it. But no. Please make the events more enjoyable. That's all.
Great game. Easy to control cars. Many mods. Great graphics. Sure it's set-up for you to spend money but most things can be won eventually with a little/lot of patience. One thing that bugs me though is why do I keep racing people in the tier/class above me in player vs player mode which makes it impossible to advance any further in the circuit.
I love it. Only thing I can say for improvement would be if this game had longer races or laps in our races. Also I wish you could race other players in real time. Not just ghosts of players. The upgrading system is addictive and well worth every part getting rebuilt and the custom parts for our cars, love it. I did rate this game 5 stars but for a lack in developement for different styles of races, I give 3 stars. Please enjoy!
Great graphics, relatively fun. But the main issue is the skill gap created by going too far too fast... You get to level walls that require you to level up to access more story, but not nearly enough rep points to get the levels needed as well as the huge PR score jumps needed to run missions.. I have like 20 car series chapters uncompleted because the last race needs my car to a point I cant get to and I cant run much else without it. And it wants you to spend so much money too at many points.
Progressing in the campaign is so tough. I am at 48% since many months. They require you to have certain car updates to progress. For those car updates you need car blueprints which are luck based (on flipping one out of three cards, one of which may have a car blueprint) or are required to be purchased. Otherwise graphics and controls are smooth. But lack of progress opportunity makes it boring once you are at certain level into the game.
Too many damn animations in the menu! Half the game is closing out windows or sitting through unsuitable animations. Let me navigate menus in peace. Not to mention you have to pass 9 freaking chapters to PVP. It's AWFUL. I'm not even enjoying the game. I spend 30 seconds in a race and 5 minutes in menus. Terrible.
This had been my favorite mobile car game until the game started forcing you to buy some VIP thing to not get ads. In the first few weeks there were no ads, and now there are tons. Don't force ads just put so you can skip races or open upgrade crates with an AD. Game breaks down sometimes with the ads so I have to restart the game which takes an extra minute because the game is not very responsive in the menus.
Unecessarily complicated, gaudy and dull. Upgrading has no info on how much it increases car's PR. No info on min PR needed for race, so you just blindly upgrade your car? Why make it so opaque? Same dumb, tedious animation for opening a useless crate/game rewards. Whole game has a seizure when you build a low PR car. You can shove as many flashy animations as you like, but it's not going to make up for lack of a good racing game. NFS's best days are behind it.
I absolutely love this game but the new tempest live series has been a disaster no offence. It does not respond to my fingers at all! If I want to drift left, it moves right! And does not let me nitro boost. The car just moves along the wall and then the app shut down on me. A ticket wasted! Please fix this ASAP. I'm sure you know it's a time sensitive series and I'd really like that Bugatti.
Geee you didn't really think the title through when you called it "No Limits" and then turn around and limit everything you do right out at the beginning, that kind of petty bs gets you a 1 star. Especially the fact that I only get to steer no actually control on the car, you should have called it Need for speed "Limits". Good luck with you second rate game!!
Even though the game has gone through a massive improvement. The forced ads make the game very annoying to play. Because of the ad my phone has to restart the game app after every race. It's very annoying and reduces the the enjoyment of the game play
The game was fun at first but I then realized that it is virtually impossible to progress with this game without paying real money. I especially hate the choose a random item between three to get the part you need. They make you wait almost an hour before you can try again. Overall just terrible
My only complaints are that cash is hard to get in decent quantity and the PVP mode doesn't work for me - I can go through the PVP race but regardless of whether I win or lose the race, the game never moves on. Quitting the game, clearing it from my phone history and reopening the game does nothing to fix this, it's like I never did the race.
Ads ads and oh look more ads... After the last update you are not able to skip the ads after 5 seconds. If they were short ads, I understand but the ads are like 45 seconds and unskippable. I've been playing this game for over 10 years, with VIP level 4, and this is what NFS goes back to. Hope they change it on the next update. Frustrating as hell.
This game is fun to play but for a limited time only. After playing for some days the user will get bored, obviously there are lot to do in this game like campaign, multiplayer (unlocks after Lvl 6), different types of races, garage for improving cars, etc. But still the game don't seem to enjoyable after sometime. The game is basically repetitive unlike NFS pc games which are fun to play (a lot of them), good story. Although the game is repetitive but i think it deserves 3 🌟 from me.
So I LOVE the N4S franchise and I have to say, this addition isn't bad. A LOT of emphasis is placed in spending real money to unlock loot crates, so your standard EA fare, but you don't really HAVE to. But your progress is going to suffer if you don't. I just made it to chapter 3 and the game gave me JUST enough rewards to make sure I smoked the competition. FUEL COSTS is your ENERGY and the game punishes you for playing. Currency payout is abysmal. Not bad but not the best.
I just can't recommend this game anymore, because there's just no substance to it. Once you clear the career mode, all that's left is a subpar "multiplayer" mode and special events that all follow the same 7 day formula of "finish events and reach PR wall". Add to that clunky controls, the most basic AI racers I've ever seen, progression that grinds to a standstill, and developers that prefer to work on a new UI then fix the problems with the game, and you've got a game with no love for it left.
