Lenovo Mirage Solo here. Fricking awesome - as long as you have the right hardware! I too throught £15 was a bit steep, and I too was charmed by the games sheer intuitiveness. Hold the controller like one side of a steering wheel - and there you are, driving through VR land and probably looking pretty silly clutching a mostly imaginary steering wheel. But it's worth it. So realistic, I found myself making rude gestures at the cars I overtook out the window of my virtualmobile. An unmissable treat - for owners of the Mirage Solo, anyway. I don't know how it works for poor people's VR, like phones and stuff :-p
the only reason I give it 4 🌟.. is because of the price. other than that, it's a really good game. it's what you would expect from a mobile VR experience. game play wise , works well with the daydream controls.i highly recommend this game if you love your daydream and racing games.if not... might not be right for you.
This is worth the $22 aud it's the most expensive game on Daydream and I took a chance and I'll tell you, 1st it's only on Daydream VR so slot are missing out on EAs flagship racer , you have a cockpit view only , move your seat forwards and backwards and up and down to your preferred view as some exotics are hard to see out of , you use the daydream control slightly moving it one way or another and you steer in that direction, most cars are easily drivable but there is a Lamborghini way to fast
I don't know what to rate it because I never got to play it I downloaded it on a Pixel and every time I try and use it it's just black I'm downloading it on a Pixel 2 so hopefully it works and I can change my review
Great game, too bad there's no gas paddle. Or brakes.. Or compass support to keep your view from drifting.
I have purchased no limits vr and installed in Pixel 2/Android P. When I launch the game, the screen blacks out and hangs. Raised a support ticket also, but no fix till know
This is the best VR experience I've had on Daydream so far next to Ultrawings. Worth every penny.
I would like a refund due to the fact that I paid $20.99 and I seen it for $7.49 you guys were ripped me off completely
The best Daydream game I've played yet. It's so much fun and so immersive. So cool.
Does NOT work with Samsung Gear! Just spent £15 for nothing!
OK but not worth $20
The game is perfect for showing off VR, and for people who love the sound of driving popular cars, if your are able to get past the unsatisfying controls and when the game slowly drifts off to the left side of your view, making it hard to judge turns unless you recenter the game. It takes you out of the experience completely and got annoying after a few races. Graphics are really good for a mobile VR game.
I was a bit hesitant at first spending £15 on a game but after launching it and playing a few games In daydream I soon realised it was the best vr game ever and well worth the money. Intense graphics, excellent gameplay and the controls come natural after a few games. Blew my mind. Works great on galaxy s8. More games needed like this on daydream. Well worth it
Very fun game. You just need to find a better phone to play this game. I have new Pixel 2 and I have to return it because it's not running smoothly when overheats. My old Moto Z2 Force only stay warm without overheating and also lighter compared to Pixel XL version.
Game was ok. And I would have kept it. But after a race or two. The game screen shakes alot. I tried other apps and got no shaking. Switch back to this game and got the shaking screen even in the lobby immediately. I don't like the starting controls either with the daydream. I would prefer if you turned 90 degrees the controller to the left on its side and Stears with both hands by tilting the controller left and right. The only deal breaker for me keeping this game is the shaking screen. I may download this game again, if and when that gets fixed.
Game is o.k. Sound is glitchy like a skipping c.d. Please fix. Also please add different control method like using controller like a steering wheel instead. Hate the controls. Graffix are pretty good. Believe this game has potential. Hopefully for the price paid the devs will make it what it could be and rating will change.
Better than I thought, good game play it's need for speed most wanted not no limits get it right EA
Unable to finish a race, the game just freezes. Edit: Restarting the phone before running this app fixed the issue.
Pure Awesomeness so far. Thanks for taking my favorite game on Android and making it VR. I don't know if it could get any better. Hands down, I believe this is the #1 game on Android.
After unlocking and buying some of the faster cars and playing a lot more it has definitely gotten easier for me to win!! Also, it's the FULL game NONE of the dreaded in-app purchases...yuck!!
not that worse the money.
Don't bother. very glitchy and when working not worth the money. Graphics in car are ok but landscape rubbish, no driving feel due to stupid control and lack of accelerate/brake option. To see why this is a bad game.. go download Voxel Fly (free). Now that little fun game shows the potential of low graphic phone vr gaming. It's simple yet brilliant and immersive. Without a gaming pc and proper vr setup driving games like this are a bit silly.. but i had to try to give a fair review. Now go fly!
