I'm rating this low based on the recent update. The Quick Balance feature WAS very useful, but now, you can't see the name of the business associated with the transaction at the beginning of the line. "External Withdrawal", "Credit Interest", "Point of Sale Withdrawal", etc., have replaced this. Now, you have to completely log on to the app to see where the transactions are from. Please fix this!! Thumbs down!

Your app has been crashing for over a month now, I've complained and no one responds, I see I'm not alone. I'm using Samsung Galaxy S9+ and have had no problems until last month, it's completely unusable. It crashes during sign in, even if it get in, it crashes immediately afterwards. I can't make a mobile deposit. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled, it doesn't work. Why aren't you fixing this? This is making online banking impossible. It used to be a 5☆ easy to use app, not at all since April.

I mean, it does online banking. But the load up screen tends to have issues (can't even use thumbprint anymore). Some transactions take a while to show on your account, and it seems like there is always maintenance without any warnings. Frankly, it's the most frustrating banking app love used so far, but it does function...

It doesn't show immediate balance after transactions. The old version showed balance after every transaction on credit card. I had a better idea of whats pending and whats paid. For example if you make a payment from checking account to credit card it should deduct it right away. Im going to stop using my card to see if my balance goes down. It doesn't make sense bal was 3000 for example u transfer from checking to credit card the balance is still 3000 and by the time payment post.

This app is the worst!!! 99% of the time it Crashes, will not open. I uninstalled and reinstall 10 times didn't help same results. PLEASE ADVISE AND FIX!!! When it works it's a great app. Very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Much improved app for check deposits. No more having to move your hand to take the picture while you are trying to keep the image steady. Automatically takes the photo now after a short countdown. So much better than before. But a really stupid name change for the credit union. Jovia? It sounds like an antidepressant.

Fairly easy to get around and use the app as needed. The only thing I wish I could do is put a travel note or large purchase note on my debit or credit card through the app (if there is a way, that's the only issue I have this far with this app). Overall happy customer and user.

Easy to use. Automatically signs out when not in use (excellent safety). Might lose half of a star for doing check deposits. That one can be tricky. I've gotten rejection notices a day later with unclear explanation. Eventually I stopped depositing checks on the app. I end up taking the 15 minute drive for that 🙁

The app worked fine for a while but in the last month it crashes consistently. I am very disappointed. I enjoyed doing my banking on the spot. I've unistalled, reinstalled, force stopped and nothing restores it. Please fix.

UPDATE!!Deposits go through no problem now.Seems like they fixed the kinks.I would like to see scheduled bill pays while in the account itself not just when you see ALL accounts.And the calendar and calculator all at the same time.It would help to be able to figure out payments while in the account itself.Thank you for always listening!! Then I would give 5 stars!😀 It's great when it accepts a deposit but when the deposit is in review (and for no good reason) it takes forever to deposit...ugh!

Although some of the short cuts are nice to have my repeated frustration with this app is the check deposit. I rely on this heavily and 1 out of 4 deposits have technical issues. It will ask if I can see the amount, but the button to click yes is not visible. It will take up to 4 retries for the deposit to work.

Extremely easy to navigate. Schedule all my payments without utilising the company bill pay system. Many times business will say that they did not receive the payment but quickly change that once I show them proof.

This bank is awesome and their app is easy to use. Their customer service is so friendly and they are very vigilant about potential fraud. At one point I did have a fraud issue that happened due to a breach in another banking service I used. NEFCU immediately helped me as much as possible and that made me feel appreciated. I love that they treat people like people and I feel like they always have my back.

I dont like the new update for mobile check deposits. The old nefcu app worked fine, never had a problem. This new one's camera function is glitchy and won't take the whole picture of the check no matter what I do to get it in that stupid green box. And now I'm annoyed because I can't deposit it in another bank since I already endorse it for jovia.

The Bank and their staff are great, but the app itself is buggy. Keeps shutting down for no reason. I always have to uninstall and reinstall it to fix it. Please look into this problem. Thanks.

No hiccups in using the mobile deposit. Overall I'm pleased with the app's operation. Looking forward to them implementing a credit card turn on and off security control... that feature still seems under construction.

This app has been great for me for years. Now whenever I log in, it immediately signs me out and says that my session timed out. After attempting to log in again, the app keeps crashing.

Garbage. Frequently down. Usually doesn't work on the weekends for some reason. Website is similar. This institution has taken a massive nosedive in many ways over the past few years (phone support, in person service). After 20+ years of membership I'm about done. Sad to see.

The app half works for business. It is very limited and antiquated. PopMoney takes forever to post to your account. If money is coming from one Jovia account to another why does it take a week? When you process bill pay payments the amount does not come out of your balance and does not reflect in your account for days which can cause you problems if you are not meticulous with your calculations and remember every transaction. You have to do better!

FIX IT FOR SAMSUNG USERS! IT IS EMBARRASING FOR YOU as an institution, that your customers cannot use your app. And I am.bot the only one. Have multiple people that I know in the same situation. How long will this be going on? I am constantly on the go and this is major inconvenience.

Excellent easy to use app, the only thing missing is fingerprint ID instead of password. It's the only app on my phone, out of many, that doesn't have it yet.

This App is always acting up more than 90% of the time when I try to open the it Click on the App it doesn't work,for example this evening I wanted to transfer $$ to buy Gas for my suv I was not able to get it open until after passing the gas station, now I have to wait until tomorrow this happens quite often.
