Note 3 this program doesn't even run and apparently can't even detect network connections correctly. Don't download garbage.
I felt results after 1 night. It has allowed me to shrud off the goings on of a high stress negative work environment, changing it into a place of tolerance and dare i say fun. Confrontational events are.more easily navigated. Those big problems are now just opportunities to focus on the solution. I recommend it.
