This is a very useful application for Society's management. Reduces phone calls and records all communication on one platform. Messages read/unread report is essential and should be incorporated it will help follow up with members not participating. Tech support has been good and prompt.

Apps look good but it would have been good, had they supported paytm payment gateway.
The system helps very much in keeping accounts. Very easy and fast to generate report of payment dues and receipt in click of button. Very well mannered and supportive backhand team. Always eager to know the limitations and come up with updated version to overcome the same. Thanks for such a beautiful and supportive app.
FIX THIS BUG: This app violates basic law of "right to privacy" visitors approval/ info and notification is also sent to the owner, also owner can approve the entry too while he is not living there. And this setting can only be controlled by owner. I suggest once the house is rented. App should not share the visitors details to owner in any form. Nor entry approval, or notification or from history. MyGate does that.
Good overall with minor issues. Have been using the app for a while now and it has been working fine so far. This time there has been issue with payment gateway. HDFC bank is not listed and other banks are also with payment completion issues. Can you please check and rectify it.
App is good, need few options will make bit more user-friendly. 1. change tune settings from app for visitor notifications. 2. show purpose in the short popup. currently it sill show only vistor name and photo with reject and approve buttons 3. chat delete options.
This is a very useful app and I have enjoyed using all the great features it offers. Recently however, my phone crashed and upon reinstalling the app I was logged out. The Support Team was very effecient and resolved the issue the very same day! Thank you.
App is very good and even with free version it covers most of the basic stuffs and worth to buy for enjoying all the features. Is there any option to add facility booking on behalf of others. Like initiated from an admin or management account. That would help to make booking as we are yet to roll out the app to whole community.
Experience is good. Cloud based apps are intutive. However there are bugs which i am sure will be solved one by one. With just one use i have reported 3 issues to the helpdesk. I didnot receive the verification code on my mobile aswell. With these bugs my main concern is security of information. Also i think pricing should be upfront.
Best society/apartment management application.. Income/expenses can be tracked very easily. No accounting knowledge required. Also, other modules are awsome, with SMS support to keep members updated. Great work!
Suggestion!! There can be an option in the app called Gallery where the management can upload photos of various activities happening in the society so that everyone doesn't need to click photos and also those who don't stay can get to see them.
When you click on any report that report directly get download in our mobile. Report should not be downloaded when we want to just view it. Download option should be separate when we intent to download the particular file.
App experience is good. But whenever the notifications are clicked it doesn't take me to the message group instead takes me to Message Home. Rest is all fine 😊
Our experience with Neighbium has been near flawless. Regular product updates, useful releases, prompt bug fixes, and most importantly, highly responsive support.
App is good, it would be better if you provide seperate invoice for owner and tenent. If you could added water meter reading feature will help to manage things easier

Excellent App. we have analyzed so many Apartment management apps but this app is far better than other apps. Its user friendly interface, ease of generating invoices and online payment interface are Par. Good work
App needs better UX design. Example: Open a chat notification --> chat screen opens --> press android back button --> app closes. Instead of closing app it should go to Home screen.

Using from few days... Excellent as of now. I have tried various other apps but Neighbium is far better than many so called Paid apps. Neighbium is free and is user friendly too... I will strongly recommend this app.
App is good. But facing difficulty as the app is not opening since past few days. Please fix if any bugs. Thank you.
I used this app just to check it's feasibility. But then I loved it so much that I referred it to my society secretary and we used it for the society. And everyday functionality is eased now.
we have reveiwed various premium apps for our residential society but found this app to be feature rich and cost effective compare to the other available apps/services, they got good customer support team with quick turn around for queries/ ticket resolutions. Great going...All D Best
It's a very useful and intricate application that takes care of everything you need to manage a society. As a user I really find the app convenient to use.
Very nice application for apartment management. We are using this from past one year and no complaints. Support team answers or clarifies the queries quickly.
Half of the features do not work, lots of bugs. Far better products available in market at cheaper rates
Worst support ever. Tried connecting the team on call, whatsapp, email, twitter - they didn't bother to respond even after 24 hours. Such is the their support. Plus the app has such a basic interface like it's done by a college student. The app is very basic and no idea why societies are really using it. The competitors are offering way better service and support them this.
