Easy to navigate, all info available: Never any problems with the app. When the app and online banking will be down for maintenance or any other reason, the information is given clearly and with enough advance notice. The same options and info are available on the app, matching online banking. Navigating from one section to another is a breeze, and access to "My Accounts" is always available, no matter what section of the app is open.
This was my review in 2019, but please see my comment below the review: 2019: It's very frustrating when trying to do a mobile deposit. It keeps giving a message saying the deposit cannot be accepted because the system can't read the image. After retaking both the front and back two or three times, it finally says the deposit was successful. Update: They apparently fixed the issue because for quite some time, I have been able to make deposits easily on the app!
For some reason on my new phone this app is really slow to log me in compared to my old galaxy note 9. Even though My reception is at its highest on the new new 22 ultra the log in takes way too long
Love this credit union😎 been a member for 15yrs.. they'll help if you're in good standing and if times are tough.. just call and be honest when talking to them😊😊 the app is great security is very sensitive... That's what I'm talking about.... You'll get a call if something not right... Even on weekends. I kid you not!!
Was great until I got my new phone S22+ Doesn't let me log in most of the time, crashes, makes me wait ten minutes for log in to go through, please update for new model androids
App is convenient and easy to use. Definitely a necessity for handling business on the go.
Login info clears when you switch apps, doesn't login even if you manage to input your user name and password, gives a printable asci characters only error with the same password used on an older version. On older version, I was no longer able to pay my credit card bill. Other revisions not available on google play store.
This makes banking easier for me. I quit driving so now I can use my mobile app and do all my business online. Thank you Neighbors Credit Union !!
One of the few apps that doesn't change for the worst with each update. My only complaint is sometimes the fingerprint log in option disappears. Other than that, great user friendly app without any unnecessary frills.
It's ok but needs more features. Should have the option to lock your cards.

Good App, but sometimes hard to navigate in submenus. Hard to find instructions either. Keep it up cause the changes made have been superb.

Good basic functionality, but could a lot better. How about showing the final payment date for auto loans? Many other features that my bank apps provide are noticably missing.
Little annoying to have to write mobile deposit to neighbors credit union. That should be understood because you are on the app. But I get it. No problem. I will use more often. Thanks
This app works great and I cannot think of any way it can be improved. Thanks for providing it. It has made banking a lot more convenient for me, especially during a pandemic.
Quick, Convient & NEVER disappoints! I transfer money with no problem, my checks clear within three business days as usual. No glitches or bugs.
I enjoy using the app it comes in handy. I check it every day and don't have to write in my check book or worry if I lose the receipt before I write it down. I have been able to keep closer tabs on my finances.

Its very frustrating to log on to your account it let me log in to see my balance but after i close the app i have to repeat the process of a new password online is better.
I am not technically comfortable with using financial apps. However I am comfortable with my Neighbors Credit Union app. I have trust in the fraud department to contact me with suspicious transactions.
I've been banking with Neighbors Credit Union since 1993. I love this Credit Union and its app. You can do everything you need to do with the mobile app and switch seamlessly to the desktop. Neighbors makes every effort to make this app easy for it users. All of the services that big banks provide and more. We love using this app.
