Glitchy. The app has a favorite order option that consistently doesn't work properly. When it does work it takes about 11 choices just to order the same drink from the same store using the same credit card. App is slow and always starts on a screen asking to rate your store visit. I use the app to order a drink on the way to the store to pick it up. Very cumbersome for that purpose. Should have a one button reorder option. They don't. The favorite order option they do have rarely works.

I'm not happy to see Nektar follow suit with Starbucks by changing their Rewards Program to point based. It's unnecessarily complicated and doesn't benefit the customer in an equivalent way when compared to the previous system. More importantly the new app has not been loading my Reward Points consistently, displaying "0 Points Earned" and the Rewards tab remaining blank. The Account History section correctly displays the amount of Points I've earned (425 at the time). I've recently Logged Out and Logged In again; the points are displaying correctly so far but I'm waiting to see if they are still present next time I open it after killing it before considering the bug resolved.

The app is really wonky. I've sent orders through a couple times, never gotten a confirmation, but was scared to order a second time in case i got charged twice. This really screws up this whole process of trying to make ordering quicker. Also, rewards and receipts expire so quickly, its hard to redeem them on time. This business/app doesn't provide any value anywhere. It's a sham in my opinion.

Not very happy with this app. I had over a few hundred points and now it is showing I have 0. A pop up comes up saying Opps. And goes on this long spiel about random programming within the app. Never had this problem. But seems like the app is wiggin out. Just frustrating I had all those points and now they are gone...when I never used them.

Claims to have offers on my notifications but when I get on the app no offers show up. It's been a good 4 months with no offers other than mothers day. The points system seems excessive with the amount you need to spend in order to get something free. The drinks are over $6 ! Starbucks is in the $4-5 range & I get way more rewards there.

Do the math. The new rewards program is not good unless you spend an average of over $13.33 per visit. I took the 400 points and divided it by 3, which equals the dollar amount needed to spend to get a reward. then I divided it by 10, which was the original amout of visits it took to earn a free item. I rarely see people spend that much per visit. Furthermore, they converted my old visits at that equation to an amount equalling $11.67. if my calculations are off please correct me.

Worse app I've encountered thus far. Does not belong on Google play store. Added gift card number. Accepted ok and I see the balance of 53 but it says check the card number is correct and that it has sufficient balance. But I only added few minutes ago and it's showing up on the PAY screen of 53 balance. I took the screen shot and email the corporate office who said they will get back to me but never did😆 That was Nov 16. I'm laughing one more time reading the reviews. This app has more 1s than any other apps I've seen thus far. Totally useless. Does not give you the option to customize my special juice the way I like it so I always end up calling my order. It won't let me pay either. If you try to buy gift card at their website you will find out you will have to wait for it over snail mail. No ecard possible with them.

When I attempted to log into the app to see if I had a avail birthday reward, I was prompted to update my app. After updating my app I see it now goes by dollar spent not visit which is fine, but it has me down as zero dollars spent so I lose credit for all that I have spent. It should atleast convert to some points even if they dont have a way to see how many dollars you previously spent. They reward you for upgrading by starting you back at zero.

Wish I could give no stars. the app worked a couple times enough to alert me that I had earned a free 16oz drink, then stopped working. Didnt get to claim my reward because not only had it expired, but it expired due to the fact that the app no longer opens up. Deleted and reinstalled three times but same problem. Such a disappointment.

If I could give this app and it's poor customer service a 0 I would!! I have been having a problem for over a week with reloading my gift card. The delayed response I got from their corporate office is absolutely unacceptable and frankly incorrect since there are no in-store transactions going on currently because of the pandemic. I'm an extremely loyal customer, spending hundreds of $ at this juice bar. You have a very poor performing app, discount codes that don't work. You've lost a customer.

I've been to 3 locations numerous times and I give up now. They *never* make the smoothie or bowl right. They don't even correctly add the ingredients something comes with, let alone anything you pay to add in. If you choose pea protein over whey, they will usually ignore this and still add whey, which is terrible for anyone dairy free. And if something has banana in it, that is literally all you taste. I hope I can find somewhere else that makes smoothies and bowls but cares a little more.

I love this place. I'd give the app 5 stars but there needs to be more individual ingredient options to be able to add or subtract. Example... I love spinach but hate kale!! Give me the option to just add spinach or just remove kale.

Love Nekter smoothies!! But this app has some bugs. Keeps saying network error when I try to scan my receipt in for points. Also even though I'm connected to the internet anytime I try to make a change to my profile it says no internet connection.

I cant use my giftcard with $7.55 on it and then pay for the remaining balance with my debit card or credit card. So unless I have a balance in my cart for exactly $7.55 or under I can't use it. I have talked to the store manager and employees 3 times and they all say we have nothing to do with the app. I will never purchase another gift card again from Nektar. Plus there are always problems trying to use the app.

When I have rewards it shows errors when I order through app. Very frustrating. When you call customer service no one answers and no one calls you back for several days. They need to work on a better app.

You have to tap buttons multiple times in order for it to work. Not to mention the new reward system is complete garboge! You now have to spend $133 to get an acai bowl as a reward. It use to be after 10 purchases.

Ordered $36 worth of promotional gift cards in anticipation of saving 20% off of purchases through the first 3 weeks of 2021. $36 in charges appeared in my Visa account, yet I could not access balances in application nor received confirmation of my purchase. Sending messages to customer service and waiting for their response..... Looks like fraud to me.....

Exceptionally interesting. As far as the drink I buy every morning depending whose doing the mixing and showing you love by how they make it makes a thousand of a difference. 98% of the time I get what I asked yet occassionally some girl refuses to juice and instead put all ingredients into the blending and pound it together into one unfortunately making the drink filled with lots of residules, little rockish like infused into the drink making it frothy and not nothing close to a smoothie. :(

leaving one star for the simple use that this application is intended more to track customers than to try to help customers with orders. I've already complained a few times that a simple edit tab on the bottom to semi customized my drink like blend twice add extra ice is not even available like any other food ordering application. It's a waste of time using the application because if you use it you're going to have to call in to have them at at the request anyway which does not make any sense

When buying "special" gift cards it's a nightmare. Says to pick up in store and the store says it should be on my app and it's not. Very frustrating!!! Now I have to wait ro speak with corporate to get this whole thing figured out!

I took one step into Nektar and immediately all of my mental and physical issues regarding my health have been completely cured! I have been here 3 times now, and I have grown an extra arm and a third eye. My hearing has improved by 27% and I have begun to start flying, although I'm only in the first stages I could never have done it without Nektar!

App doesn't work. Discounts don't work either. Came in with a 50 % off coupon and $2 off but employee couldn't get either to ring up so she gave me a 15 % discount ..... which was the only thing she could give me. Called a manager from the store, got voicemail and left a message......

It won't let me oder same day. It's only allowing me to order 2 days from now it's extremely odd. I want to order and pick up as I need to do a cleanse per my Dr's recommendation and I'm in pain discomforts so I can't go inside to order

App is not user friendly, doesn't automatically update most pages. Discounts or sales posted through the website or sent via text messages do not appear on the app at all, even though it directs me to order through the app for the sales.
