I LOVE this app🥰🥰. It has made my hectic life and schedule in caring for a sick child so much easier and convenient. Everything is at my fingertips- her appointments, meds, visit summaries, documents I need, and fast responses from her entire team at my fingertips. Cannot sing the praise of it enough, really couldn't have managed my daughter's illness so efficiently without it.🙏🙏
This appl is awesome. It sends me reminders about appointments and gives me direct access to doctors when I have questions. I am also able to look up any labs or tests that have been done or need to be taken. It's well organized and easy to navigate.
Great app, I love that it's easy to use, making appointments are a breeze as well as having an automatic reminder about up coming appointments. Having access to lab reports and medical records is a life saver.
Super thankful for Nemours. They truly are the best pediatric specialists around. They identify and treat the most difficult to diagnose issues and love and care not only for the children but also the concerns of the parents. It is a team effort. I highly recommend them and the app gets better and better. It makes the wait time less to be prepared in advance. Also to get results and Dr notes before even getting called about it. It eases this parent's mind. Love it and them!
When it is working I really like it. It I so nice to have all of my kids on it together, and to be able to see charts and make appointments. But half the time when I click on the app it only brings up a green screen, and never does anything else. It is frustrating to get a note from the Dr, but not be able to read it because the app is choosing not to work today.
Very smooth to use. There's a lot of options to see information, and it can be confusing sometimes, but I appreciate how it means that I have access almost all of the things I need.
I downloaded it so I could get a letter from my daughter's doctor which is a specialist that is 2.5 hours away for her school! That she needs. I have downloaded the app and it will not open I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still will not open so I can sign in to get this letter from her doctor you really need to fix your app!!!!!
Never works. Always a problem and no one can ever help you fix it. Then it takes 1t minutes to fix then they tell you you missed your appointment now you have to reschedule. They really need to fix these issues. Literally all the time.

My experience with this app is good so far. I have only had it for about a month. I like that I can see appointment and lab results. This nice way to communicate with the health team. I have months of using this app now. I think it is a good app to have. You can see up coming appointments and see notes from your visit.
Since the last update it doesn't open from the app...I have to go to the email and open it from the link😒
Nemours app. Easy,fast and allot of information and up to date. Love the ability to send messages if not emergent I like the 3 colors not too busy or bright to distract you. Would use app again.
By far one of the best pediatric Doctors around. They are always willing to help if you ever have a sick baby or concerns of your child's health. They work with you to provide the best quality care for your children. Very clean and sanitary as well as amazing staff.
App keeps crashing my phone with a system error. Won't let me access my phone for nothing in this world. It's a huge issue God forbid an emergency happens I would not be able to even get into my call screen to make an emergency call. I have never had an issue with the old Nemours app until this one. I figured it was maybe my phone getting old but then every time I got a new notification from this app I couldn't access anything. That's when I noticed it was the app crashing my phone.

Fix it it worked fine before thats all I have is a green screen Uninstalled then installed again same thing... I need to get a letter for my daughter school
Keeps telling me to update to the new version, there is no new version. Cant access my child's data currently, guess I will uninstall and reinstall...again Forced me to clear cache then the update was available. Did not make sense to me but is now working again.

Very convenient and easy to use app. Specially during these tough times it has made life a lot easier. Just finished a video call with a provider and definitely felt I got nothing less then the excellent service I recieve during an in office visit. All my questions were thoroughly answered. Thank you
App was great but began opening unprompted. Contacted support who informed me this was an issue with Android. Useful app if it would behave properly but I can't be randomly interrupted while using maps for navigation. Unfortunate as this was a very handy way to keep track of my child's appointments. Frustrating.

Great resource to help parents feel involved in the care of their child
It keeps telling me to update it but it's already updated so I can't use it. I hope this is fixed soon as I have a telemed appointment next week. It usually works very well
Its fairly easy to use and clearly labeled but getting notifications about messages and being unable to see them is an inconvenience.
At first, I loved this app and had no issues using it on my s10 except sometimes it lagged just a bit. With the last update, it's suddenly no longer compatible with my device [per IT]. It opens with the Nemours logo then goes to a blank, green screen and I can't go any further. The website is okay but I would still rather have the app back, much easier to navigate.
