I send 0.0001 Neo to this app just to test it. I check it on blockchain and finally comfirmed it. But i havent recieved any Neo in this wallet its already 1 day. Gladly i doubted and haven't send my whole Neo from exchange.

seem to be not legit due to the fact they say you used old address you should have generated a new address and sent the funds ...but how will something thats have never been used be old ??? after you communicate with them they tell u wili hav to fine you $30 for using the old address ....thats not a legit app wallet seems thats a scamming wallet only will they respond giving such excuse of high volume users sending funds to old address and the funds will nvr reflect into your wallet

Hi When I enter the address of my wallet, the message "Oops this does not look like a wallet address.. I'm sure I entered my wallet address correctly. Why? What is the problem ?
I WANT PRIVATE KEYS TO MY WALLET PLEASE. I used the wallet of this App to receive my Epiphany tokens since September 2018. Now i don't know how to withdraw my tokens. During creation of the wallet, there were no options to generate the Private Keys or Mnemonic Phrase or any back up. Please how do i get the Private Keys to my wallet to be sure my tokens are safe ?

Very much bad i have sent neo coin to my wallet and not recive it 2 days when back to back msg to their support they said there is system maintenance on neo coin now a lot of days gone still it is not solved i think they are stealing my money very much bad service
NEO is a lovely wallet to hold funds. Quite easy to use with great security.
"An error occurred. Please try again later" when trying to login gets old after a while. Need more specificity in relaying the actual problem. Password not match? Let me know. Case sensitive? Tell me. I should just be able to enter my alphanumeric passkey somewhere and get into my account.
