Wouldn't work on Android 8.0 Oreo with Nov 2018 security patches In fact..the App indicated that it doesn't support Android newer than JellyBean which is like 5 versions back..so really old Waste of time!

The only Android devices that can successfully run Neocore are probably also those that can barely (or no longer!) access the Play Store anyway. So your only real option is to sideload Neocore onto an older device, from outside the Play Store. …Because when Neocore DOES work, it's actually pretty cool. It consists of a short 3D animation involving big robots shooting at each other in a city, with neat graphical effects. If Qualcomm updated Neocore so that it's at least functional on newer Android devices, or added more interactivity beyond pausing and swinging the camera a bit, I'd happily add another star or two. The benchmark mode only gave about 22 FPS on my Samsung Galaxy (GT-I7500). Who wants to bet that post-Ice Cream Sandwich hardware can manage an easy 60 FPS? I'm sure you can make us proud, Qualcomm! :D
