I came across an ad of NeoStencil while searching for online JEE courses for my daughter. She enrolled in one of the courses and it has literally changed the way I used to think of online classes. Her experience has been really good so far. The NeoStencil app is really easy to use and you get exactly what you want right there on the app, and it's superfast. No disruptions while watching the lectures and amazing video quality. Keep up NeoStencil, so far the best education app I have come across.
I am a IIT aspirants, there was some problems 1-The live class show connection error maximum times while the class is on. 2- The setting which I done like if I reduce the visual quality due to poor network in my area, and open it further then it automatically move to highest quality.

The best thing about the app is I get access to various teachers for different subjects. I can pick and choose as per my convenience. I also get to finish my lectures while I am traveling between my job.
I've made the payment. The money has been deducted from my account, yet I've not received the courses. I've received the confirmation of payment from razorpay, but neostencil doesn't show anything. I'm so much disappointed. Theres no way to contact them. They don't receive the call.

This is truly innovative. Being able to access the JEE classes at anytime I want has really given me the confidence to tackle problems. Plus the app looks too good.
Very worst app. If we take a call while watching vid, then the whole app stops🤷♂. We have to restart the app to start the video

Don't waste your money by purchasing any course from there website. They will unnecessarily demand to upload some document which will compromise your privacy. Also there sales associate Mr. Ashish Singla repeatedly sends email to upload the documents in order to access the course. Pathetic service

Im trying to download sociology booklet . I entered my number several times but I haven't received any OTP . Website is not working properly please fix that ASAP
The application and website are afflicted with lots of technical glitches. The tests are usually uploaded late and so are the checked copies. The content is good, I won't deny, but using the platform in general can be very frustrating. The customer care executives are not available when you need them. When considering the fact that it's primarily an online platform for preparation, I would expect them to provide smooth online services, which is why: 1 star.
